The hotel overall looks good and clean. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the beds were comfy, the only downfall was that the cleaning ladies did not come every day. The restaurant was amazing, with different options every day and all the time served fresh 🙌 The swimming pools were really nice as well, maybe the water needed a bit more heating up. The staff were really friendly and we are overall very satisfied with our stay 😊

Cleaning wasn't done every day. They need more cleaning staff for sure so they can manage all the rooms daily

First of all, from the moment we entered the hotel, staff were super kind, helpful all the time. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the beach. You can eat and drink almost anytime during your stay. Food was great, there were always snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Pools are very clean, and also the hotel is very very clean in all areas. We traveled with our 7 year old son, and it was also a great time for him too, because there are 4 slides in the pool which he enjoyed most of the time but also there is a small football ground where all the kids played. And also, there were activities, dances and games for the kids at evenings. Overall, our time at Belvedere was great, and i recommend the hotel very highly, especially for the families with kids.

Definitely a 5 stars hotel. We have been in 3rd floor where the size of the room and the terrace were huge and the AC very smooth. Special remark for the lady housekeeper and the team from the bar. Even we didn't spent much time on the swimming pools, the atmosphere was entertained by a young team full of energy and kindness. The variety of the food was impressive. Free parking and free sunbeds were included and it is an added value for the stay.Thank you for everything!

The facilities, pools, gym, food, are wonderful! The programs for kids are entertaining; if you travel with kids you re going to appreciate the water slides, food/ sweets diversity, and the Animation Team! Huge appreciation for the Alexandria travel agency animation team, they really do their very best to entertain both parents and kids. There is a kids club at the property that offers a plentitude of activities for lids (painting, board games, etc). The kids activities are managed in several languages ( English/ Czech/ Polish/ Bulgarian) which is simply great. We travelled with an 8 months old, 5y, 6y and 8 y old kids and they all loved the entire experience!

They charge you 20 BGN if you loose or damage your room card, so don t let your kids play with that ! The reception stuff could be nicer. They usually seemed welcoming but once you needed extra help eg. Like having a question off their usual ‘ script’, they wouldn’t make the extra effort to accommodate with answers. The bar / restaurant personnel are very kind!

The rooms where nice and clean so the facilities around the hotel. We could never get hungry as there is always some food on the go, what we found very handy with 2 years old ttoddler. Bonus the food was very tasty. All staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

The only thing I would criticise was, when we got there it was rain and thunderstorm weather for a first 3 days. And as we liked the hotel so much, there is nothing to do inside for a 2 years old. Like have a little PLAY AREA for children which are to little for a kids club, would be definitely beneficial.

Overall good experience. Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice All inclusive, especially the theme booth during the dinners. The Wi-Fi was decent.

The Animation was mainly oriented towards the foreign guests (Polish and Czech). The beach is not far but the zone with the hotel umbrellas is, especially for little kids. Not enough bath products for a 5 star hotel ... only hand and body gel. Poor choice of TV channels.... 50% of them Czech and Polish, no international news, 1 kids channel etc.

Nice clean with all the facilities you will need for a family holiday, decent swimming pools, dining was pleasant not crowded, food was good quality, entertainment was engaging, very close to the beach and centre.

The staff could be more engaging at reception, bar man Chris told me he doesn't speak English but actually just being ignorant as it's a mainly Czech/Polish speak resort.

Food had variety but no seasoning. 90% of the items needed salt. No hot tub. Pool closes too early at night. No bath close to the restaurant. U have to down the stairs to use bath. Game items (pool, foosball) are paid, which is ridiculous. The soccer field needs more balls. Someone lost the only ball and they had no other balls!! Lastly.. the drinks at their each bar were paid. For paying 6k levs for 3 rooms for a week you'd think the drinks at the beach are free. But we still enjoyed it a lot

There was Food awailable at all times, which was very convenient with small child. There was plenty of variety in Food. The staff always ready to help. The hotel swimming pools and mini aquapark was nice as well with a small child.

The waiters were too quick to clean the table. A lot of Food was wasted for no reason. If they see the table without people, they could just clean it up.

I stayed with my husband and two young children. The children’s facilities were exceptional. My son loved the football pitch and the water slides. The childrens entertainment was brilliant and enjoyed by all the family. I felt safe at all times and loved I could see my son playing while still relaxing by the pool. I would highly recommend for families.

While there are a few faults to the hotel the double bed was two single beds pushed together which I feel for a hotel of this quality isn’t acceptable. It made sleeping uncomfortable as the beds would move apart.
