Right on a beautiful beach; food was much better than expected (considering past reviews). Staff was helpful and kind; facilities are a bit outdated but i think they are apropriare considering the cost; it felt like a great place to just relax and not worrying about anything. I kind of agree with the poor quaity of alcohol but hey, if you can have as much as you want and you’re not paying a ridiculous price, I guess you should expect this; even then, we had plenty of cocktails and enjoyed them very much

Sometimes the main buffet was overcrowded and people didn’t behave properly, which is surprising considering that there was never a shortage of food. but i guess that says more about the guest than the hotel :)

Noise around the room.

The hotel was very clean with good bed linen and towels. Food very good and varied. Improvements are being made where and when required. The three swimming pools are well maintained and very clean. Staff excellent. Location to the beach is fabulous.

The barman at the main pool bar was not polite and needs to cheer up or move on!

Amazing breakfast, a lot of options, and staff really nice always ready to help with everything we need. The best hotel I have been so far. My flight was late and they offer us a room to have a shower for 30 min at the end of the day.

The Wi-Fi was not the best but was really something I can deal quite well 😊

A lovely place to stay, and was perfect for a single traveler. A good room overlooking the pool but always quiet. Restaurants were excellent and the food impressive. Very helpful staff and cheerful service. Lots of different places to go whether you like relaxing, being on a beach drinking in the shade, swimming, gym - it was all there. Very generous cocktails!

Nice location, very nice beach.

A bit overpriced. The checkin process was messy. We had no power in two different occasions, so we couldn’t have dinner in one of the restaurants to use the vouchers we were given ; and we had to pack with no light. The gym had no air conditioning and to access it we had to go out of the resort, next door.

I stayed at the comfort bungalow, the furniture is quite old, unimproved, but this is not a big problem, the bathroom was horrible, the bathtub was rusty and the curtain from the bathtub was very dirty, unchanged for more than 3 years. The bathroom gave us the feeling of many microbes, my friend returned with a bacteria.

I choosed to stay in comfort bungaloo and they are very old and the bathroom is the worst I have seen in my live: the bathtub is rusty and yellow, the shower curtain is dirty and extremly old, I was affraid I will take any disease. The wc was moving while sitting, no hairdryer. The pillows were deformed, seems like the pillow is made of stones. The entrance door was pilled off and over it a new layer of paint. Terrible! The view outside the room was nice but is not normal to have rooms like this. Thankfully we stayed 2 days and we only slept in the room and took a very quick shower.

Localization, near the beach and the city center. The pools were fine and the food wasn’t bad. The staff is very kind and professional.

The rooms are dated, the hotel needs to be renovated. It is a petty, because the hotel concept (bungalows) it is interesting. We had the misfortune to stay at the same time off the community festival, that occurred just next to the hotel. During two days it was a nightmare. From 11 pm until 9 am, there was so much noise that we couldn’t sleep.
