Staff were friendly and polite. Great pool and sun bathing loungers. Room was really nice. Spotless upon arrival. Tv and fridge. Breakfast and coffee was good.

We had an issue of flies in our room. Spoke to reception about it on first day asking if they had any repellent or incense to no avail. The WiFi connection wasn’t strong here. Worked sporadically throughout the day. We booked here hoping to chill out and plan for two days before continuing our travels on into Vietnam but couldn’t due to poor connection.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location next to the river was spectacular. Very nice swimming pool.

Breakfast could be improved. The menu was fine, but the buffet was not. More fruit would be good. The fried eggs on the buffet were cold. There was someone serving breakfast soups. It would be nice to have eggs made-to-order.

WiFi was weak in the rooms, bathroom didn’t smell great, and the restaurant had a limited menu. A little far from the action, about 20-25 minutes walking. Also, it shares property with a soccer field so boys are playing out there most days making noise. Not dangerous at all, just a bit noisy during soccer matches

Beautiful property & very well maintained. Hot water - yes Hot water 24 hours a day & I mean HOT !!! Beautiful pool set in a gorgeous garden setting. The restaurant has a beautiful open look over the river. Room was made up daily & was absolutely spotless. Wonderful job by the room cleaners. Front desk was so very helpful & professional. Thank you all so very much, I loved my stay & can’t wait to return. Wonderful

The property was very lush with lots of greenery on property grounds and within our room. Loved that they incorporated a lot of plants in the shower area. Made it feel like we’re showering outside in the tropics. It was also nice waking up to the view of the river from our room.

Everything was fine. The pool was out of commission but it was also raining so it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was a bit small but the closet was huge!

The room is cozy and clean upon entry, with a spacious bathroom (with plants inside the shower, which is a very nice touch). The garden is just fabulous. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The position is next to the river with a nice view and around 12 minutes walk from the centre. Parking is available for free.

There is no breakfast included and no restaurant or bar service (closed since COVID outbreak). The rooms are not cleaned every day unless you specifically ask for it. Once we asked though they did it immediately and well. The water in the bedroom is not complimentary but you have to pay for it (yes, even the one outside the fridge). The hairdryer works for only a few seconds and then stops. The fridge does not cool down anything, at best it gets the drinks mildly cool after a full day. All in all the value for money is not the greatest, at least until the restaurant is open and breakfast is provided and included.

Lovely setting on the river across from the busy part of town. Nice river view room and great pool. Staff are friendly.

The property was clean and loved the bathroom setting with open area and stones/plants. Lovely touch, was just a little tired looking.

Breakfast excellent maybe can be further improved by adding some vegan options like cereals or black beans, but anyway in general , the breakfast was OK Room very quiet and river view outstanding

rent scooter and we give back 20 min. after 24h and they take 2 day rent. after I see same bike in rent place in centre and we ask why take 2 day rent, they say they take 1 day. I’m not get poor this 7$ but hotel reputation go down in my aye’s.
