Did not dine at hotel however the menu prices appeared expensive Aircon had a constant noise on low setting however still worked very well. Difficulty with ordering take away to eat at hotel as they didn’t really support this and there was no in room cutlery or utensils and they would not supply these.

Very new hotel in a great location, everything was walkable and it was in a quiet area with food options nearby. The breakfast is incredible here - loads of choice and long opening hours. Rooftop pool was an added bonus with very strong cocktails on offer, also has an adequate gym. Big spacious rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable. Would stay again if in Phnom Penh.

A couple of small things that would need tweaking. We couldn’t get our tv to work and despite asking a number of times, this was never resolved and we gave up in the end. Also the house keeping is a bit hit or miss, there was no shower gel when we checked in and our water was not refilled. We also stayed 4 nights and were only given one roll of toilet paper so had to go ask for more. Our room was nearer the lift and what appeared to be a smoking balcony so we were woken up a few times by people walking back and forth during the night. Minor things but if improved would make a very good stay a great stay.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff, it’s all amazing!! We stayed 6 nights around Christmas for a treat and we felt like royalty. L The rooms are really large and comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar is really chill with a great view, and even the gym is nice (although a little small, but still good)! The staff was also incredible. I forgot something when I checked out and they went out of their way to have it delivered to my friend in the city. Overall, super super happy with the experience and can totally recommend :)

The Tuktuk drivers that are right outside the property charge a little more but they are super nice and speak multiple languages, so that’s good

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is central, you can easily walk around the city center. Otherwise, tuk-tuks are always available outside the hotel. The rooftop terrace has a great view, especially at night time. Great spot for coctails or dinner. We booked an airport pick-up with the hotel. Wonderful service. There's a small gym with some cardio equipment (treadmill needed fixing though) and a good set of dumbbells). Overall, the best feature is the hotel's personnel. Everybody is so kind and courteous!

The housekeeping service has room for improvement. Floors were not vacuum cleaned and washed properly. There were fingerprints on windows and mirrors. Daily housekeeping consists basically of changing the towels and emptying the bins.

The reception welcomed us warmly, with tea The pressure in the shower is precious WiFi speed is one of the best I experienced in hotels Manager Samuth made us feel like at home, special thanks to him All the staff was doing their best to make us feel comfortable. For example the gym closing time is 9PM, but nobody bothered us when we came at 11PM, the swimming pool opens at 7AM, but we were leaving early, so we came at 6:30 and guys gave us the towels with no questions asked The sound isolation is good, at last I could experience some silence

Maybe not enough light in the room after dusk. But it depends on if you like a lot of light. Now it's very calming and relaxational with spots to read or write

We had a small incident, and we tried to cancel the Christmas dinner we had booked due to upset stomachs (it was the same day). They didn't accept it because of short notice, and they couldn't even give a partial refund. So we went in the dinner (thankfully my partner was better than me) because he had paid 110 euros. They kindly offered a very late check out the next day and a free ride to the bus station but still, 110 euros is too much (especially for Cambodia) when you cannot enjoy a dinner due to health reasons. We understand the inconvenience from both sides, but maybe we would expect a different handle in cases like these.

The Caravan Hotel is a unique place to stay, featuring a spacious accommodation room that provides a restful night’s sleep. You can also enjoy the swimming pool for added relaxation. Their breakfast is one of the best we've had in a while, and the staff—including Jack—are incredibly generous, friendly, and approachable.

The lifts need better coordination in both directions, rather than both arriving at the same time or forcing guests to wait while staff select their designated floor. Ideally, there should be a separate lift for staff, giving guests priority access to the main lifts.

Our stay at your hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every request was met with friendliness, attentiveness, and care. Their supportive and “go the extra mile” attitude truly made us feel at home. The tranquil front lobby was a delight to walk into, with its calming atmosphere and a scent so heavenly that we wished we could bottle it up and bring it home. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool area and fitness center, which provided the perfect spaces to unwind and recharge. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very good, cosy, attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent rooftop pool with magnificent view of PP. Spacious and cosy rooms with excellent TV and stunning views. On our first night we went out and got stuck / lost in a thunderstorm with heavy wind and rain… we could not get a taxi or a tuk tuk and phoned the hotel for help… the hotel staff immediately sent out their personal driver in a very posh SUV vehicle to collect / rescue us… at no extra cost.

We did not like having to leave.

This was our second booking in our trip (we started the trip here 3 weeks ago and we finished it here) and they did a lovely touch writing a welcome back with flowers in our bed and made a swan display with the towels,so cute. The staff is the highlight, everyone is friendly and chatty. Our flight home is in the afternoon so they let us extend our check out a couple of hours,. during this time we booked the massage which it was lovely and relaxing . The bed in the room is so comfy and the cocktails at the skybar are great. don't forget to ask for the peanuts 😀. The location is great, very close to the river through tuktuk or even walking. If we ever come back to Cambodia we will definitely stay here. Cheers!.
