This was such an amazing find. The hotel really was 5 star quality with such great staff, excellent pool and spa, giant rooms that were cleaned every day. Felt so comfortable here and extended my stay by 5 days due to visa issues. Mon and her staff were really accommodating and I was grateful to be spending more time at the lovely golden temple villa. Highly recommend! Could really take up a digital nomad lifestyle living out of this hotel.

At the end of my stay felt like I was leaving somewhere that had become my home.

In all my travels this hotel was absolutely the greatest of all ! The location next to everything but yet so quiet and private the staff was amazing there kindness and generosity was well over my expectations ! Mon was amazing she helped us organize all our tours and gave us best advices on what to do! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the pool definitely a plus ! I will come back and look no more this is the best Hotel !!!!

All of the hotels I visited during my several-month trip to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, my best experience was in this hotel. Good location, nice and clean hotel and above all one of the best staff in the hotel I stayed in. I hope to return to this hotel again on my next trip.

What was not to like? In fact, a lot to love. Responsive, happy team and managers. Good value $$$. Huge room with good mattress. Blackout curtains worked. Spic and span clean and housekeeping staff were very thorough. Excellent breakfast/coffee. Lovely pool. Happy hour at bar. Super local driver and guide at Ankgor Wat. Great laundry service. Relaxing massage in hotel's spa. Very quiet in room. Netflix in room ( had an issue and guy was there to fix it within minutes ). Great lighting. Fresh lotus blossoms in room and great decor throughout. Pictures online matched reality! I sweat like crazy (ah hem, change o' life issue) and they provided a bedside fan (a/c was great w remote for hubs). Solid recommendations for haircuts, restaurants, shopping. A lot to love. The staff were quite exceptional.

Pillows a bit hard for me, but I never asked for softer one, I should have. I used one from couch.

The amazing & attentive service I received from all the staff at the Golden Temple Villa, was absolutely fabulous. They should all be very proud of their professional service. Everyone spoke great English & were ready to help whenever I asked. I loved the little details they provided like the banana chips & salted nuts with your cocktail by the pool & in your room. Old fashioned hospitality service that I will never forget. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe & the hotel was an easy walk to the cafes, restaurants, pub street, night market & old market. The cocktails & light meals around the pool were all delicious. The hotel is stylish, modern & beautifully decorated as was my very clean large room. Great aircon, lighting, crisp white bed linen & blackout curtains. I had the best sleeps. The aromatherapy massage at the hotel spa was awesome. Well done team. I can’t wait to return.

If you want to be treated like royalty, this hotel is an absolute must. From the moment I reserved a taxi for airport pickup, their exceptional service shone through—they sent a chofer accompanied by a host named Holimon, who was simply outstanding. Words can not fully capture the warmth and kindness of the treatment I received, especially from Holimon, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Before I even reached my room, they informed me about a minor issue but immediately compensated me with a room upgrade and a complimentary massage—a testament to their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. On the day I visited the temples, they went the extra mile by preparing a boxed breakfast for me to take at 4 a.m., ensuring I started my day with care and comfort. The level of attentiveness and detail here is unmatched. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!

What an amazing place to stay! I could spend hours writing about The Golden Temple Villa! The hotel is stunning and in a great location. The rooms are big, beautifully decorated and quiet despite being in a very central location. The food is delicious. The team is friendly, fun, helpful and sooo kind! One of our children needed some medical attention and the manager was absolutely brilliant! He went beyond his duties without any hesitation. We also tried the spa which was a delight! We will definitely return!

Everything was fantastic!

A wonderful stay. All the staff were so kind and friendly throughout my stay. I was picked up from the airport by their driver Mr Naven who also helped to take me to some of the temples during my stay. I was welcomed to the hotel with a refreshing tea and some banana chips. I had arrived in the morning but Thea was able to check me into my room a bit early. She kindly suggested an itinerary for my stay and helped me book a tour. They have lots of information but are not pushy. The room was lovely, very clean and with lots of space. Each day it was refreshed with some banana chips and a nice story tale to enjoy. The breakfast was nice and fresh with a good selection. The hotel was about 10min walk from Pub Street and the main centre with plenty of restaurants and cafes on the way. I treated myself to a massage at their spa on my last day and it was very professional and great to relax to after a tiring trip.

The TV in the room didn't work but I hardly had a chance to watch it anyway.

Golden temple Villa We had been travelling for a while and felt we needed a little luxury this hotel did not disappoint, we arrived at our hotel at 5 o’clock in the morning and was greeted with the most warmest welcome they allowed us to check straight into our room give us water and treated us like royalty. Our room was huge and stunning with everything you could ever imagine we even got a daily story card with banana crisps which was a lovely touch. This hotel room really does have everything you could need from different sized cups for your coffee to washing line in the bathroom and cleaned daily with fresh towels and water re-fill. The pool area is also very nice to be able to sit and relax with towels provided and enjoy a massage at the spa. The staff are a credit to themselves and the company so friendly and helpful and made you feel very special nothing is to much to ask and always delivered with a smile. LocationIs perfect With many restaurants, bars and markets nearby. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you want to treat yourself this hotel has everything you need. It was so good we decided to stay for an extra two nights.
