My family and I stayed at the wonderful La Residence Blanc D'Angkor hotel, and I would like to share my positive experience. From the moment of my arrival, I felt like a valued guest. The hotel staff greeted me with a smile and showed genuine care for my needs. They were always ready to assist and provide recommendations on how to make the most of my time in Angkor. The room I stayed in was simply splendid. Spacious and elegantly decorated, it provided the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. One of the main advantages of La Residence Blanc D'Angkor is its location. It is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from excellent restaurants, making it an ideal choice. The hotel also provided a transfer service, which made my trips even more convenient. I also enjoyed the hotel's excellent amenities, such as the beautiful pool where my daughters happily swam. The entire staff was professional and hospitable. They always made an effort to please and provide a high level of service. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They responded quickly and efficiently to my requests. In conclusion, I highly recommend La Residence Blanc D'Angkor to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable stay.

The room was enormous. We literally said "wow" as we walked in, and we also exclaimed "wow" when we went into the bathroom, which was also amazingly spacious! The staff were friendly and helpful and they arranged a tuk-tuk driver to collect us from the airport who we liked so much that we used him to take us to the temples on several days. There was a lovely little swimming pool. The food was decent. More than anything else, it was incredibly good value for money; I think we got a special discounted rate, but even at normal prices, I think it's very reasonable for what you get there.

The location is quite far from the city centre and there are limited options for eating nearby within walking distance.

The location is very good, there are many street foods vendor and restaurants around, as well as the convenience stores and supermarket. It might take you about 20 mins by walk to Pub Street. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, they gave me many good pieces of advice during my trip. You can book pickup and drop off from the airport with their support and it is free of charge. The room has a very good size and good facilites. During my trip, I booked a tuk tuk driver called Nee who is working for the hotel, he is very friendly and he is very good at English, I strongly recommend Nee and the hotel for the trip to Angkor Wat. Thank you so much for the excellent service! The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the first morning, we had to leave at 5am and they prepared breakfast boxes to take away, helped us find a tuk tuk driver to go to the airport, and even kept our things while we were gone for 3 days. Best service ever! I truly recommand it. Very cheap overall (it included transport from the airport + a nice breakfast was included).

Everything about the property was awesome. We were welcomed with warm hearted boys and girls at the hotel. They always had a pretty smile on their faces. The hotel also helped us to arrange a Tuk Tuk driver for two full days of sight seeing in the city. The driver was super cool, helpful and understanding. The hotel had extra large beds, complimentary water, tea, coffee sachets and toiletries. The bathroom was super huge. It felt bigger than the bedroom. Breakfast had plenty of options for vegetarians, with delicious fruits and juices too. The hotel also had a swimming pool and gave the feeling of staying at a resort.

The location of the hotel was far from the main city, though one can hire a tuk tuk in a matter of seconds.

The size of the room and bathroom was really generous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking behind the hotel gate. The breakfasts seemed very cheap and mindless. The fruit was completely absent. However, the staff did not protest if we brought our own fruit. After all, it was saving the hotel's resources. I rate the staff and the hotel pool very positively.

In the vicinity of the hotel, Khmer music played loudly from morning till night. I don't know what it was related to, but it was very annoying and distracting. The manager of the hotel told us that because we booked the accommodation through booking.com, we had to pay in advance. The hotel management reconsidered their request when they found out that we had previously stayed at another property by the same owner.

Pool was lovely and most of the time we had it to ourselves. A few tuk tuk drivers were on call all the time so we virtually had our own personal guide waiting outside the hotel gate and were not pushy for business. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Most choices on dinner menu were unavailable. So only 4 choices left. Breakfast was very limited. I don't like creamer in my coffee and no milk was available. A group of Asian men arrived and took up the entire breakfast room by having a table each. No one told them to sit together to allow space for other guests.

Staff was amazing, the room very spacious with huge beds. Breakfast was very good when you consider the price. The lobby and outdoor area were cosy, with greenery and fish! Although the rooms were a bit outdated, it was still amazing value for money. Complimentary airport transfer was also good. There was also a pool, which was nice.

Bathroom did not look good, a bit run down. Because the room was so big, it took a while for the AC to cool down the room. All in all, good value for money, but you can see that some things need updating.

The room was so big, and although the toilet needs to be renovated, they kept the room clean. Breakfast was standard but I loved the croissant. The best feature of the hotel was the STAFF. They were very warm and friendly, definitely worth the stay.

Renovation of certain key areas in the room is ongoing, that's the only thing they needed to do. But definitely, it is value for money, a comfortable stay since we were mostly away during the day.

The hotel is really beautiful with trees and a pool zone. However, the most important thing is the staff which is kind, helpful and polite. Delicious lunch and breakfast.They made us feeling at home all the time and were an important part of our trip. We hope to come back and meet them again. Top service
