During our initial phone call, they assured us that we could bring outside food to the outdoor dining area. We were all excited and bought a fresh seafood from Sihanoukville market. However, upon arrival, a staff member mentioned that we need to pay $30, which made us all disappointed, not because we cannot afford to pay but because they don’t keep their words for it. Thankfully, the manager quickly stepped in, and allowed us to enjoy our meal without the additional fee. Of course, we also ordered food and drinks from the restaurant. :)

However, it's worth noting that the hotel's measures against mosquitoes could be improved. While the accommodations are comfortable, we had issues with mosquitoes, suggesting that additional pest control measures may be necessary, like mosquitoes net... Additionally, while the hotel's beachfront location provides a serene setting, it's important to consider that it may not be the most convenient for travelers looking to access the nearby islands via ferry. Furthermore, taxi rides from the hotel can be quite expensive, which could impact the overall budget for exploring the area.

Incredible view on the sea and the cabins are cozy. Everything is at the same place and is perfect for few relaxing days before taking off as it is next to the airport and the good side is that we don’t see airplanes fly by the club. The staff is very helpful and welcome guest warmly. Everything is shining new, can’t recommand enough this place !

Some constructions ongoing next to cabins but it doesn’t bother

the location is too far from town. it's very hard to call tuk tuk by passapp. the place is very very hot during the day. the food is yummy but very expensive

The location is absolutely stunning with a private white sandy beach that is very clean. Good fun activities for kids and adults. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms could have had more facilities. Mosquitoes in the evening when you are out so be prepared.

Watersports, big selection of jet ski toys and rubber rings with lifejackets, some free activities too included in our room promotion. Food available by the pool with cocktails all the staff all spoke great English. Room was only a few steps from the beach too. Well recommended.

Everything was great, the staff was exceptional!! The front desk employee named TOTO went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for accordingly.

The prices of Water sports can be reduced.

Their service is perfect, you get a golf car to take you anywhere around the beach.

Their prices for some games are very expensive.
