Check in was smooth and we had no issues getting into the room at 3 p.m. it was cleaned and ready to go. The room was spaces.

The hot breakfast was the same both Saturday and Sunday. The room was crowded and tables where not washed after someone was done eating. Not the lady's fault who was taking care of the breakfast room. It was busy due to the long weekend and being by herself. She did have a little help from front desk staff but they were busy as well. Kudo's to her for doing the best she could do on a long busy weekend.

FANTASTIC stay at SureStay Plus in Drumheller!! Location was great. Staff were AMAZING, so kind, welcoming and helpful! Our room was very comfortable and well equipped (I mean there was even a veggie peeler!). We will definitely be choosing SureStay the next time we’re in Drumheller.

The only downside was the pool wasn’t great for our kids(6&3). No real shallow end for them so we didn’t get as much use out of the pool as we would have liked. However for families with older children the pool should meet the mark.

Good location, close to all amenities and attractions. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the surroundings and gave us some great tips. Breakfast was good , unfortunately not enough space for all to sit at around 9:00 so we went back around 45 min later and still full. We still had a good breakfast. Wouldn't recommend the room beside the laundry as there were some loud noises throughout the night. Parking was a bit scarce, and as we came back late, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The water dispenser was also empty. Just a suggestion, but a toilet bowl brush would be an asset. All in all everything was very good. We would book again.

There is not enough room for breakfast occupancy when hotel is full.

Everything went well. Traveling with little kids, the pool was a very nice activity to do at the end of the day. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and a nice way to start the day. They have high chairs and booster seats which was perfect. The room had 2 queen bed and a sofa bed. Recommend the O’Shea restaurant in front of the hotel, family owned, nice food, great service.

Dining area is a bit small but we were up early, waiting by 7am so, that wasn’t a problem. A bit expensive but I think it was for the long weekend

Breakfast was very good, although on a very busy Saturday morning the seating area was a little bit tight. Nice to have hot options. We enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner (the family chose Boston Pizza). We enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Unfortunately the little ones (age 5 and 3) weren't ready to do the slide alone, but the 8 year old did enjoy it.

It was easy to find. Clean and tidy exterior. The staff were very courteous and helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide!

Overall we had a great experience. I would like to suggest, that if you are advertising breakfast from 6-10am, the food remains stocked and full until the time ends. We went at 9:15 and there was no hot food left. The lady there was barely keeping up with the rush of people that came in at the same time. She was very pleasant with us and trying her best! She could definitely have used help.

Pool , staff was great

The hotel alarm went off at 5:30 AM in two of our three rooms , waking us all up. It was incredibly frustrating, especially with with 8 kids between the two rooms including 3 3-year-old, who were difficult to settle back to sleep. We had already had a busy day before and another one ahead, so it was far from ideal.

Everything was great during our stay except the pools. Staff are professional and helpful. Highly recommended

The pools. There are 2 pools available. Once was too hot and another one was too cold. It would be great if you could have cooler temperature for a jacuzzi and is a little warmer in another pool. Pools should be cleaner.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and breakfast were great.

Breakfast area is extremely small for the amount of guest. Food trays were almost always empty, not for the lack of effort by staff. There was just no way of accommodating and feeding so many people in such a small area. I would say the price is a bit expensive for an average hotel.

The breakfast room was roomy and I especially liked the option of an out door area for eating. There was a young man working the breakfast room on the last day of our stay whom was very friendly and helpful. Sorry our don’t know his name.

Our room was comfy and clean but the whole place is in need of an update.
