Kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast - lots of choices. Fresh coffee or alternatives. Larger clean room and plenty of towels and coffee for my stay. Proximity to office and breakfast area.

Noisy hallways very early morning (5-6 am) and sidewalk area. (Maybe signs of quiet times could be posted)? Dripping and running toilet. Told desk staff and Put a towel down under dripping shut off tap. They were going to send maintenance around right away but I said I would shut water off before I went to sleep and maintenance could look into it next day. Homeless person loitering making the area feel unsafe. He was on the sidewalk outside my room in my space as I was exiting my room. Desk staff were keeping an eye on him, and apparently RCMP knew this individual from past experience. No pool (states pool) but this must be a reflection of the price.

We booked the mobility access room and the room was near the front desk and breakfast area. The parking spot was directly in front of the room. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub was easy to access for my wife.

The road noise from the highway was quite noticeable as the hotel is right along the highway. Might be an issue for a light sleeper or bring some ear plugs.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfortable.

The toilets were a bit low for older folks and the bath tubs were slippery, again difficult for seniors.

the breakfast was very good and available at a convenient time room was very comfortable with good lighting it was very quiet

the sink area was not very convenient with no place to put things

-close to train station - bed was comfortable - very warm and cosy room - couch - spacious

- lack of lighting over bed/in centre of room was a real issue - disappointed with refrigerated hot foods that you had to microwave.

We had an amazing room & we're there for a family get together. The room was perfect for our small group. The lady at the desk checked with us to see if everything was good. Cleaning staff were friendly & cordial. Would definitely book there again.

The Management was kind enough to change our room when my daughter found the heat too much, as it was not adjustable from the thermostat in the room .

Everything was fine , rooms are well cleaned and a nice set up.

Very friendly family owners! For breakfast the frozen egg 'omelet' once thawed & heated was good & I liked having the protein. Very clean & weil kept & maintained facility. These people care about their business & property... & their customers! Very refreshing!

Located on eastbound Hwy 16... some traffic noise with window open cause it was warm in the room.

Jeevan, his family and staff are wonderful people. Very nice place to stay. Excellent value compared to other hotels in Edson.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and made you feel welcomed.

At first I was concerned because the Travelodge is right on the highway, but it was very quiet.
