The room is clean and comfortable. Linens are very clean, and the bed is comfortable as well. The front desk gal was awesome and very accommodating for late checkout. Exceptional service!

The only bad experience was that the young lady waitress who served my breakfast at the restaurant was awful. She approached my table only once, took my order, and disappeared and took forever to bring my breakfast. Which was odd because the tables that came after me were served already. After some time, there was an older lady server with short hair that brought my breakfast. I was never asked if I would have more coffee or water. Strange, rude, and very disappointing experience to start the day. I hope she'll change her altitude to keep going as a server.

The jacuzzi was excellent, the bed was so comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. The coffee provided in the room was appreciated. The shower was really nice. Also the abundance of towels, sheets, and pillows made the room very comfortable and the fireplace was a charming touch

The AC unit was broken and would only blast cold air with nome of the buttons working. We had to unplug it from the wall to get it to stop

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Good sit down served breakfast

I hate that they DON’T take a cash or debit card deposit for the room. I do NOT have a credit card!! Only 1 person out of the 3 of us had a credit card luckily or we would have had to sleep in our truck for 3 nights. CASH IS KING! What is wrong with our world?!

The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful,easy to talk to, informative, welcoming, Amy at front desk was warm and made you feel welcome. Complimentary breakfast was hot, tasty fast and good. HOT tub was hot, good size, deep and clean. Lots of hot water and clean accomodations. Room had enough lights, was bright and clean. Had a fridge and microwave. I like it when you have direct access from your own door to get to your vehicle. Also you have your own door to inside to access rest of hotel without going outside. Room doors had security locks for safety.

Breakfast package was good.. rooms were spacious.. location great for our reason for being in Lloydminster. Staff were friendly. Pool hot tub and slide were good

Had issues booking a reservation without booking.com.. some untrained staff. Short staffed upon arrival.. rooms not ready.. did not get into room until 5 pm

I enjoyed our stay very much! The room was perfect and did feel like a King Suite room for its price. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that we were able to comfortably watch TV while relaxing in bed. The amenities were also amazing, I was surprised to see how big the pool room was. We had lots of fun, thank you!

I didn’t like the fact that I had a hard time connecting my laptop to the hotel’s internet. We could also here noises from the cars parked outside as well as some footsteps and thuds from surrounding rooms meaning that the soundproofing is not good.

Location to ball diamonds. Laundry access, ice machines, breakfast included, waterslides and pool! Fabulous!! Beds were comfortable. Coffee/tea in rooms. Microwave and fridges. Would absolutely stay again.

Hotel is a bit dated and stained carpets. If that got updated, the hotel would be perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, there were a lot of amenities for a very low price. The free hot breakfast was a very welcome surprise. The pool was excellent, and although I didn't end up using it, it was cool to see there was a gym available to guests

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and it was very noisy, but that wasn't a shock due to the circumstances of a lot of people having to be displaced there due to wildfires

The breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly, from the cleaning staff and reception, to the cleaning staff and the waitressing staff in the restaurant!

The weather, which was definitely out of the control of the site operators!🤓

We really in joyed being on the ground floor close to the pool having little children made it convenient for us. We felt that we got are full moneys Worth for the amount of time we spent in the pool and on the waterside and the Quality of the complementary breakfast was great.

Nothing sticks out about not liking the experience. Thank you. If anything the hot tub was a little to hot for the family but I’m sure great for others
