Our king room was spacious. The bathroom was also reasonably spacious with enough counter space for our toiletries. We also appreciated the kitchenette that was part of the room.

There was a group of guests staying in a room (or rooms) across the hall for the first two nights of our stay who were very noisy until as late as 2:00 am. The breakfast (in a bag) provided by the hotel could have been better.

Sofa bed needs new mattress, air vent/air conditioning in one room wouldn't turn off and blew in face while sleeping. Living room needs more lighting. Very minor issues that staff did their best to remedy in the moment and did not impact our stay.

What I liked the most was the awesome service of the front desk clerk. After asking why we were on the motel side of the property he advised that it is a Booking.com thing. However he did not hesitate to move me and my mother to the hotel side where we could stay in the building and not have to go outside in the snow storm if we needed any amenities the property offered.

I don't like that at no time did it indicate that the room I was booking through booking.com was on the motel side. You should make this very evident to people so they are not shocked and disappointed upon arrival. The housekeeping was definitely lacking as the bed in our upgraded room that was filthy and had not been stripped from before. Since it was night we just told the desk clerk that we would change the bed if he would bring us the linens.

Diane at front desk was amazing she gave us a ice quite room as I was up there for back surgery

Hottub was not working and room was not fully cleaned stuff on floor mirror in bathroom dirty someone's pill on floor and one bed nice and other pillows looked like someone had been on them..but all in all if I have surgery again there I'll be back . In a great location staff is amazing .

The property is oddly designed. There is a lower quality motel style with exterior access and a decent newer hotel side that is accessible from the inside. When booking, note what side you’re booking. If it’s exterior avoid this as the rooms are basic and ours smelled of smoke. The front desk agent was kind enough to accommodate us after our complaint. The other side was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

-Lack of description on what “exterior access” means on booking.com and explaination regarding room types and cost difference -Pool temperature was much colder than needed -Better signage and information about pool, hot tub, restaurant and any other amenities

The staff were friendly and efficient. The pool and Waterside were a hit with the children. The room was clean and well taken care of.

We expected a buffet type breakfast but received hot sausages and egg muffins, juice fruit in a bag to go.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby.

Part of the reason we chose to book was the use and access of the hot tub. Hot tub was closed for maintenance. At least the pool and slide were still usable, having traveled with children.
