The staff (Catelyn) was very friendly and accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. The place was very really rustic and charming. We enjoyed the peace and quiet surroundings - exactly what we were looking for.

There were a lot of places that shut down for the winter - just be prepared for that - especially if you have certain food preferences as there will not be too much of a choice around the area. There is a coffee machine and an electric kettle provided - which is very good - as there are no coffee shops open.

New room Unit 3 In the past three years we got room # 16 for Same weekend of Victoria day Kitchenette is awesome.

The locker of the door was not repaired. To pull with strength is not acceptable at the cost of night. The room is missing hooker for coat. my wife called on Friday about BBQ availability. For last three year it was available at the week-end of Victoria. The help desk said it was not setup yet. On Saturday they did setup the propane BBQ. It was unfortunate the setup was not done earlier. . The Window slide is broken. Please get it repaired. Do not wait three seasons as usual.

Cost little cottage like, 2 separate bedrooms and a fireplace in the kitchen/lounge was just perfect for our family. Very well located. Loved that we could cook and relax by the fireplace.

An issue with the fireplace fan being too noisy, we mentioned it to the staff who knew the issue and said that maintenance would look at it

Booked a 2 bed room, heater did not work therefore we were transferred to a main floor room with outside access, #16. Fireplace was the heater, this created a good ambiance. Would have liked 2 more comfortable chairs.

Front desk staff, morning of the 26th, who stated she lived in Waterton, could use a refresher in listening to and responding to guest concerns. Evening staff, a young man, was considerate and delightful.

The location was perfect. Not far from the Marina, stores and restaurants. The room we had was nice even though there was no TV but it's all good since we're out and only 1 night. Love the shower. Bed is comfortable. So appreciated to Don and his staff when I left my ring, he noticed me right away and Thank God we were still at Red Rock Canyon so we went back to get it. THANK YOU, DON! And sorry I didn't get the Housekeeper's name :)

The bathroom door can't be locked or it's lose. We can't open it from inside the bathroom and luckily for us, there were me and my husband that in the room. I can't imagine if one of us by ourselves. The room will be #5

Very nicely renovated, appreciated the full kitchenette. Great location.

The toilet bowl touched the wall, making it's use uncomfortable and weird. Needs to be centred in the space available. Tank was also leaking at the back. Entrance door knob needs to be fixed, looks like it will drop off.

Crandall mountain Lodge is a period piece. We like the fact that since Covid, they have removed all the knickknacks from the rooms, so they now feel less cluttered and cleaner. We really appreciate the large communal outdoor furnished deck which allows us to gather with the friends we travelled with to Waterton to share a drink and a bite to eat.

Updating the older finishes in the units that have not been renovated yet would be a positive thing. However, the units are functional and accommodating as they are.

We booked a family room, 2 bedrooms & a bath. It was not clear when booking that the bathroom was ensuite to 1 of the bedrooms & so not suitable for unrelated group. Beds not all comfortable.

Upon arrival (at nightfall - it was getting dark), I walked to the door with a huge sign that read, "OFFICE". The door was unlocked. I went inside. No one was there. I looked around the property to search for staff and found none. Only then did I notice a much smaller sign on the Office door which stated that I should go across the street to another property to check in. The sign on the office door did not attract my attention in the twilight and simply did not gain my attention compared to the huge sign reading "OFFICE".

Shortbread cookies tea and coffee in room. Clean sheets, comfortable beds. Good toiletries.

No television - they did not inform us but it did not really matter to us. The town is closed down and we expected that but there were only two restaurants open and one we did not get very good service or food.
