The room was nicely laid out. We virtually had two rooms attached. The back bedroom has a balcony window, a fireplace and a large screen T.V. with a king bed. The bathroom was in the center which is well planned as one room doesn't have to bother another to use the facilities. Also, out of the bathroom there was a small sink/mirror area! The front room had a pull out bed couch with a cozy chair and again a large fireplace with a T.V. This was a very nice lay out for a room.

The screens were amazing, but we could not locate anything. They offered several extra options such as Disney, Netflix and at least two others, but we could not get anything to work. May be our lack of tech, but we tried a couple of options...nothing worked.

Spacious and gorgeous room with king bed and soaker tub with skylights. Comfortable bed and very nice towels. Fridge and microwave in room.

Called ahead to ask a few questions and gentleman on the phone was abrupt and not friendly. When we checked in, recognized the same man as he was not welcoming, abrupt and not very friendly. Kind of leaves a bad taste to the start of the vacation. Found a used bandaid and plastic bag on the floor by the soaker tub.

We were staying in the loft suite that is supposed to accommodate up to 6 people. Great location. Very comfortable beds. Good to have WC and wash hand basin adjacent to the upstairs part of the loft bedroom [though why not install a shower in there as well?]. Parking outside. Nice Italian restaurant downstairs.

Why not put some hooks in bathrooms to hang towels - nowhere to hang them to dry. Also we were in a unit that allegedly could accommodate 6 people but cannot imagine how squashed that would be [although fortunately there were only 3 of us]. There was no storage nor drawers for belonging downstairs. Only very limited clothes hangers available throughout. Probably fine if staying for just 1 or 2 nights. Also some blinds or curtains at all the windows would be good so not woken up by early morning light.

We had a king suite and the unit size was very large and comfortable with a separate bedroom and sitting room, with the bathroom in between. We had a ground floor unit, so it was very accessible from the parking lot. We had a small deck, which we used once. Overall, the room facilities were nicely set up for our stay. We did not eat at the attached Italian restaurant, but it looked nice enough. Waterton is a small place, so the hotel is within walking distance of all restaurants and shops.

The air conditioning unit worked great but was very loud. Definitely gets some getting used to if you don’t like noise when trying to sleep.

The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself is very nice. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a sofa bed for the kids, while my wife and I enjoyed the main room with chimney and great bed, it was very cozy and relaxing. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant, which was also delicious. Highly recommended, whether for a quick getaway with the family or as a couple.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast service so we needed to go and visit the other hotel opened in town, so we needed to dressed up and hop into the car to get breakfast.

I liked how renovated and modern the property was and I really appreciated the cleanliness. There was not a single dust speck anywhere in our room. The staff was incredibly progressional & the entire stay was very pleasant. Genuinely, very relaxing.

The hotel is a bit steep price wise. I’m not sure id return to Waterton in the future. There is not much to do in Waterton besides hiking. A few businesses were closed on our arrival and didn’t open throughout our stay, which impacted our ability to enjoy the small town.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was excellent value for the price. It was hard to tell how large it is from the photos but it was like a bachelor apartment. The bed was comfortable and enormous. The soaker tub was perfect for two. The bathroom was well designed and clean. The balcony had a swinging lounger and a small table and chairs. We were there in the off season (October) so it was very quiet. There were deer grazing across the street! We didn’t use the restaurant but ate breakfast at the other hotel. The microwave and mini-fridge were useful as we brought some food. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Waterton Glacier Suites!

Really can’t think of anything. We were in the off season so a lot of services in the town weren’t available like a grocery store.

The rooms where very spacious and clean. The bathroom with shower was wonderful. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and everything was exactly as described.

The fold-out bed was ok for our two children, but I would not recommend it for an adult. House keeping was included but they did not enter unless requested (which is fine). It was not very clear to us how we should exactly request them to clean the room.

We loved the room layout with living room and fireplace. Bed was very comfortable and wet room was good as well. Little balcony was a bonus

Air co was too noisy. Check in took too long (I think we were waiting in the queue around 30 min). I think the price we paid of over 1100CAD for 2 nights was not great value for money

Location was good although it’s partly surrounded by parking lots which is t the nicest view. It was nice out a d having a picnic table would have been welcomed. Very convenient to walking around d town or hiking Bear’s Hump Trail, etc. our rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. Pull-out sofa was small. a bit small for two and bedding worked but a duvet would have been nice.
