Very friendly staff. Good restaurant and alcohol store in the building. Was convenient to get to most things we needed in town. Truly, the hotel staff were the best.

I can't say that I didn't like this as it did not ruin my stay....the hotel is dated and showing some age but still very comfortable and tidy. The pool is in a bit of an odd location but again...it's just different, not bad. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the shower. I have a huge head of hair and the gentle water pressure made it hard to rinse shampoo etc from my hair. Took a long time but again, not a show stopper

Staff are always so lovely, this has been our 4 or 5th time staying at this facility and it's lovely. Older building for sure but clean as can be, staff are lovely, beds are comfy. The kiddo loved the pool.

Was a little confused about the breakfast vouchers, as it says travellers breakfast or continental breakfast or $6 off any breakfast. We were charged for a 9$ travellers breakfast then discounted $6. It's not a big deal it was just confusing. Breakfast was SOO good. The only thing I would worth noting is it would have been nice to have the lights on in the pool and it's a bit chilly, just need to keep moving 😂

We were in Westlock for a wedding and stayed at the Westlock Inn with other family and friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and our king bed was super comfy! Location was great for running errands and picking up snacks. We enjoyed the chairs in the courtyard and hallways, where we could sit and chat.

The vending machine our daughters tried using didn't seem to work, which wasn't a big deal...just a fun feature when they work like they should! The breakfast voucher was a lovely gesture and food was delicious! Having said that, our preference is for a regular continental breakfast where we serve ourselves, and our teen age daughters can eat and be lazy in their room 😉 we didn't take the time to use the breakfast voucher the second morning since we simply didn't have time to sit and wait for our breakfast before hitting the road. I don't think this would stop us from staying again though, as room prices were quite reasonable.

The restaurant was amazing, really good food “The Inn Cafe” and the Aces gaming room was fun.

The pool. It was neat but also in such an awkward location. I took my children swimming and then a swarm of people came into the area where we were swimming to eat and my kids couldn’t really have fun and splash and play around because they worried about getting the people sitting down to eat wet.

Salt water pool. Very comfy beds and pillows. Telus Optik TV. Great staff. Very clean. There was a games room for adults. (Not applicable for us who travelled as family.)

You can tell things need upgrading. The carpets are starting to ripple in the rooms, the hallway carpet had holes. The grout in the tub darkened and stained. The hot tub had been removed (though tastefully disguised).

The service in the restaurant made our stay exceptional. Alex was an incredible asset to the hotel. The hall ways smelt pretty gross.

I found an old bra in my room the moment I arrived which was not a great way to start my visit with two small kids. I feel like if the cleaning staff had missed that what else did they miss???

the staff were fantastic and so welcoming and friendly. they answered all our questions and told us about different events going on within the area. the room was great with a really nice view of the pool area. very comfy and clean

Everything & everyone was good excellent. Enjoyed the meals. Brought the family back for dinner. Impressed by all meals.

I’ve been there twice now & both times wanted to get in the swimming pool. Both times disappointed. If we phone in morning would be nice to know if the pool will be open that day.

The room was amazing. So nice. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The pool looked so inviting, next time we'll have to remember to pack swimwear.

Front desk staff did not charge me the tax when I paid at check in so had to pay more when I checked out. Not a biggie but a little annoying. The pancakes I ordered for breakfast were awful. Not light and fluffy but dough-like. Couldn't eat them.

The hotel was very convenient as it was also the same place as a symposium I was attending. The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable. The room and gym were also clean. I’m glad that I was able to get in a workout.

The rooms are a bit dated but not a big deal.
