The bed was comfortable and clean, large flat screen tv, beautiful view of the town from sliding door windows in room, good coffee maker, good fridge, access to a grassy area and picnic table from room, clean bathroom with new toilet and sink, very quiet throughout my stay, new flooring in room, thermostat doesn’t work but they provide a plug in rotating heater and it was great! (just make sure to plug it into the wall alongside the fridge and TV and try not to have too many appliances running at once or you will trip the breaker). This happened to me so I let front desk know and the worker there was very friendly and quick to resolve the issue. Good and speedy customer service. Check in and out was a breeze too! Loved how I could park my car right in front of the door to my room. This is a very nice motel and very affordable too, I will definitely be coming back!

A few stains in the bathtub .. but, tub was still clean.

THE COFFEE MAKER NEEDS AND UPGRADE AND NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM BUT I UNDERSTAND THE ROOM PRICE FOR THAT REASON ALSO THE HEATER WAS NOT WORKING HAD TO USE THE SMALL ELECTRIC HEATER PROVIDED THE BATHTUB HAD BLACK STAINS WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THAT

I misplace my motel keys often so the free plastered punch access to my room ‘s inner locking system made me feel welcome. As a fan of ooze films - sci-fi, plague, or just Youtube videos of nightclub bubble nights gone suffocatingly wrong - I loved the white goo creeping in around the air conditioner. Edgy, with a cake icing twist. The view of Kamloops is fantastic from here and when night hits, it’s like a mini-LA. It’s a million dollar view, unobstructed. If you travel with a bottle of wine, crack it open at 9pm when the kids are asleep in just fine made beds. There are picnic tables outside your patio window and a lawn for your pets. As other reviews have noted, the swimming pool is a concrete sink hole. Marmots congregate at its dry edge. Are you travelling to swim? Or to see wildlife? This motel turns the existential mirror towards yourself. Who are you? Is this enough? Can your kids go a day with iffy internet? I love this motel. You can back your truck right up to the door to your room. The assigned parking spot is wide enoiugh for your truck or SUV. If you are lucky you can hear the trains below cry.

This review is being written from Room 136. There is an area near the mini fridge and TV that has a peculiar duck and slope that made me wonder if there are structural issues.

The hotel is magical! Every little detail has been thought of! Vintage pastels, vintage bedspreads, vintage cups and cutlery! Unbelievable beauty! Comfortable pillows and pastels! But the most important thing about this hotel is Gianluca! He is the soul of the hotel! When we came to this hotel we had the feeling that we are at home! This is all thanks to Gianluca. I recommend everyone to spend at least a couple of nights in this wonderful hotel!

water pressure for shower better then most . bed compfy .. temp control was good .. man who help fix TV was committed when I said not that important .. it was late when checked in so sleep was my priority

Nice large room with a stunning view and a great price. Inside the room was mostly renovated except for the bathroom which could use a little TLC.

Bathtub enamel was worn off and the shelf wasn't attached to the wall. Not enough working electrical outlets in convenient places for charging phones.

Great location and great price for kamloops. Great view out back with the sliding doors.

Looks a bit run down on the outside but the rooms were decent inside. Unfortunately the pool wasnt open but we headed to tru which had free swimming.

I love the view -- absolutely spectacular. Peaceful and calm. A great place to concentrate. Quiet and friendly.

This is the perfect place for me. I don't watch TV but the cable doesn't seem to be working. No Netflix...

Not sure what kind of cleaner gets used but it “stunk” inside the room (on the bright side, it was very clean)
