Every thing is good.. prefect .Hotel is super clean.

They provide a sofa bed but not blanket and pillow.. and when i ask a staff they said we dont provide for sofa bed. But if they provide a sofa bed and for sure some one sleep on sofa bed. But how can it be without blanket and pillow?

Great small hotel. Our kids love the waterslide. It's small but did the job The staff are nice and pleasant. Breakfast is as expected (for a free breakfast.) The lady who is working for breakfast is nice and very hard-working.

The AC can be a bit loud at the start but then you will get used to it. The shower curtain smelled like it wasn't dry properly but it looked clean. No extra pillows or blankets were available on the day we stayed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great breakfasts and so many many choices and very yummy. The location was perfect and central and the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and it was nice to see the same faces each day. We didn't get to try the pool this visit, but will definitely be back!!!! Highly recommend and enjoyable stay. Thank you all :)

Not applicable for us as everything was so perfect. No negatives to report.

Very friendly and welcoming staff; comfortable, well-maintained and very clean rooms featuring Keurig coffee makers (always appreciated); our room had a lovely, quiet rainforest view; nice breakfast with some hot items (wished there was a bit more fruit on offer); well-equipped gym and a small swimming pool with a waterslide which would be great fun for kids - a very nice hotel with plenty of amenities.

The rate was a bit high, considering the location and time of year.

Good place to stop when travelling from Victoria down Highway 1. Clean and spacious rooms with en suite. Pool and flume if you fancy a splash around! Comfortable beds and welcoming staff on the front desk.

Fire alarm woke up guests at 7am - no compensation or apologies given. Hot tub was tepid. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but reasonable fair. Just off the main road so don't expect a scenic view.

The property was perfect. Location is great. We stayed for one night before travelling back to the ferry in Nanaimo as the area is much nicer. Beautiful park area not too far away, and some cute cafes/restaurants in the Ladysmith downtown again not too far away. Facilities at the hotel were amazing, pool & gym too. Rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Staff were really kind too.

Breakfast hours should be extended to 10:00 instead of 9:00 because not everyone is traveling for business and would like to sleep in. They seemed to run out of food (certain items) by 8:00 which was disappointing

Clean, soft beds. The pool is open late, and my daughter loved the waterside. They let us check out late for an extra twenty. There is no restaurant nearby besides fast food, but we ordered with Skip the Dishes from Ladysmith.

They charged me six dollars for a gatorade, but that's what I get for not packing my own drinks. Also, the pool maintenance guy was a bit of a stickler for pool rules, but he just had our safety in mind, I suppose.

The front desk staff was so friendly at check in, the room was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool was very busy, but the hot tub was warm and water slide was fun. The breakfast was yummy and we also really enjoyed the outdoor space with fire pit at night. A very nice stay.

There were no towels at the pool because it was so busy. Otherwise no complaints.

The hotel location is very close to the Cassidy Airport which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We checked out at 4:00 AM so the breakfast was not available yet. However, the person at checkout (sorry, can't remember his name) was amazing and made us a fresh pot of coffee, rounded up some muffins and yogurt for us so we were not leaving hungry.

There was nothing I didn't like. The rooms are small but it works for one night.
