This is our second time returning to the property. Love the view from the main pools, restaurants, and cafe. Our room was clean, and comfortable. The washroom is fantastic. Loved the big mirror, modern renovation, shower, bidet, and individual robes. The dinner at the Restaurant was delicious - so glad that you brought this new chef.

There were a few things that could have made our stay better. 1) Gym facilities - there was a Yoga Studio, which we used and appreciated, but an actual Gym would be nice, too; 2) Earlier Breakfast options; 3) Hiking trails? Travelling from ON we wake up early, so I would love to walk along the lake or even rounds around the property while everything else is waking up. 4) Water activity options. The hotel is one of the most expensive in the area, so having access to paddle Boards, canoe, or anything else would be nice.

The room is very nice. Just what we expected.

The pool is also beautiful. but i hope it has more surrounding trees or shades to cover up when you want to cool down from the hot spring or if you want to hide from the sun. would i appreciate if the pool will open earlier than 9 am when the sun is not yet fully up. so we can enjoy the pool much longer in the mornings. also noticed the plants planted on the surrounding plant boxes. maybe plant flowers instead of some kind of tall grass. the pool side will be more pleasant look at.

The pools were very relaxing. The front desk staff very helpful. Didn’t get a chance to go to restaurant (short stay with dinner plans with family) but did eat at cafe for breakfast. Food was terrific and staff pleasant.

3 spiders on the ceiling (understand hard to avoid in forest) and shower area hadn’t been cleaned in awhile as had pink film on white grouting (again just being picky but found I could wipe off with a cloth when I was in shower). The flooring was also a bit old needing updating.

Pools we’re lovely. Beds comfortable. Lovely view.

Terrible (huge) pillows. Doing the housekeeping (stripping beds, sweeping floor) reminded me of being in a hostel. We were warned about the restaurant, but not eating a special meal with wine on a terrace was a huge disappointment. No discount was offered for having to eat food truck meals.

We never ate breakfast as it didn't open until late. The variety was basic pastries and fruit. We would have loved breakfast, so we went into the town of Nakusp

We would have liked breakfast, but it was all manageable. We had a wonderful time, the food that was served (we ate dinner two nights) was great! Service was great!

The accomodation was good, we stayed in Chalet 11B and it was nice and private but we had noisy house mates above us. We plan to return but we would get a one unit cabin or chalet closer to the main lodge. The mattress on the queen bed was not that comfortable for two, there were two queens in the room. We will seek a king bed next time. The setting and grounds were beautiful, too bad the lake was so low.

Atmosphere lovely, very relaxing. Pools refreshing and rejuvating.. Accommodation was clean, and comfortable. Overall a lovely place to go for a quiet getaway.

Too expensive to stay any longer. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus especially considering the overall cost. Very nice breakfast though. Would have enjoyed being able to have access to Pools earlier in the morning (before breakfast).

Gorgeous, modern cabin. Lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Views, service and pools were all great. Had a lovely massage in the spa with Kelly. Evening meals in the restaurant were great.

Very limited food offering available during the day for breakfast / lunch.

Hot springs in beautiful environment.

Our first room had a peculiar and overwhelming smell. We had to switch rooms - an inconvenient hassle but staff were very nice about it.

Breakfast was amazing, kudos to the cook. Maintenance personnel were very very helpful and friendly.

Hot springs hours are a little more short than we would like, it opens a little too late
