It is older facility. The room was very clean and neatly kept. The only issue I had was I couldn't get the shower to work. The hot water was great so I settled for a bath. I will stay again if I know the shower works. Even though it is on the main street I didn't notice much traffic. Yet I get up early before that usually happens. It is few blocks from restaurants and so on. Still it was nice. I enjoyed the clean room. I travel and I have been in worse even with popular chain hotels. So stop and enjoy.

This is an older motel that has been refurbished. Bathroom was redone and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and AC worked. Parking available right outside room, so easy for unloading and loading. Good for overnight stays when on the road,

A bit noisy with the big trucks but easy to get used to. If you are tired you sleep. Not close to any restaurants so you need to plan ahead.

Mostly everything was excellent: location, thick walls so not too noisy despite being by the highway, comfortable bed.

Only problem was that there was a problem with the water in Quesnel that day so we couldn't drink it. The staff mentioned this but didn't offer us any water. It wouldn't have mattered much except we arrived late and could only get water from the gas station (for about $5.00).

Spent the night last night at the Gold Pan Motel in Quesnel. Honestly, I LOVE little dives like this. I am almost always impressed with the care that they put into their establishments. And this one definitely did not disappoint. It was adorable! And so clean! And really reasonable as far as price goes. Oh! And it had the deeeeeepest tub!!! I'll definitely keep this one in mind for future trips. 🥰

My only complaint is that the mattress was a touch too soft for me, but thats just a personal preference. My boyfriend loved the beds and slept like a baby.

Comfortable beds. Bathroom is clean and bright. The location is adjacent to the highway, so I was concerned about noise but it was quiet in the room and we had a peaceful sleep. Mini-fridge came in handy to keep our snacks and beverages cold. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again when passing through Quesnel.

The only negative is the wood furniture is a bit dated, but who cares about that?! We’d rather enjoy the superb value for the money.

This is such a great spot to stay in Quesnel! Our room was large, had kitchen facilities, great owners and we will happily stay here again. It's an easy walk to downtown and all that Quesnel has to offer. It's a bit noisy as it's right on the main highway, but it's worth it due to it's convenient location.

Really nice family doing the best they can for you to have a comfortable, affordable place to stay while travelling.

Highway noise can be pretty loud some times of the day.

Value for the money was great

Location is directly off the highway with rooms facing the road making highway noise an issue all night long.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Location was great, just off the main road and easy to find. No problem arriving late.

Parking was a bit tricky, but managed to find a space. Main issue was a fridge that leaked water onto the floor overnight and soaked my son's coat and jeans (agree, he shouldn't have left them on the floor...but he didn't expect them to end up in a puddle).

Great motel. Exceeded expectations for the cost. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Solid walls and ceiling; built like the old days. Rooms are very quiet even though the motel is located on a somewhat busy street.
