Loved the location. Close to all the activities the city has to offer. Walking distance to great shops, restaurants and sites; like sunset beach & much more. Celebrated our 30th anniversary. Great memories at Sutton Place, we can’t wait to visit again soon. Special thanks to their wonderful staff, especially Ms.Jennifer at the front desk. She was amazing in getting us settled in on our arrival. Enjoyed our stayj, I would recommend this location if you’re planning a visit to Vancouver, a cruise stop over or heading to Victoria.

Room lack storage options like draws or dresser for storage, found it difficult to use just closet space to access belongings.

It was very comfortable and clean. Two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family with all the amenities we needed - kitchen was fully equipped which was really convenient as we didn’t want to eat out for every meal. The location was great, very safe and we could walk or take public transport easily.

The aircon for our apartment was quite loud but we switched off at night and left on during the day while we were out and that worked well and wasn’t an issue. Money wise the hotel didn’t tell us about all the vouchers available for parking and the discount at the IGA supermarket next door. So suggest folk do check when checking in what’s on offer (the supermarket staff told us about the discount rather than the hotel). It also wasn’t very clear how much I was being charged for the stay as initially I was charged more than I had been quoted on booking.com but I queried it and it was sorted out quickly. My suggestion would be to get and keep receipts just in case. Overall though I would book again as the positives outweighed these minor inconveniences.

The location was exceptional. A fantastic location in Vancouver. Walking distance to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Canada Place and many other surrounding areas. Very close to IGA Shopping Center, Pharmacy, Shopping and Food. Location is perfect. The Hotel was remarkable. Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were generous size. Pool area beautiful. Laundry facilities. Hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly.

We were a family of 5 staying in the 2 bedroom, so a second bathroom (as in shower) would have been good. But it did have a second toilet and that was appreciated for our size of family. Some of the Staff were absolutely amazing with providing information. Unfortunately some very useful information we didn't find out about until our last night. Only wish the Staff had told us on check-in. But these are little minor things.

After coming off a cruise ship, having the space afforded by a two bedroom apartment was fantastic. Great location, central and convenient.

Reception overpromised but underdelivered regarding a possible early check in. We understood guaranteed check in was 4pm and were prepared for that, but arriving early were assured by reception they would ask housekeeping to make our room a priority, and phone us to let us know. They didn’t phone us, and when we asked for an update at 3:50pm we’re told the room was ready and checked straight in. How long had the room been ready while we had been hanging out, waiting for a phone call? Also, found dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawer.

The pool temperature was too cool The kitchen had no oven and microwave not easy to use Housekeeping missed servicing the room several days in a row, despite us being out for extended periods of time Expensive parking Laundry needs coins. Should start using coinamatic. Room was good but starting to show age, not 5 star, a solid 4.

Loved the kitchen and balcony over-looking the city

Although the view was great, the room was in the siren path so those wishing to sleep more might request appropriate side of hotel. Was very unhappy with Booking.com and hotel for canceling our room after a year of confirmation and calling the night before to the hotel to re-confirm due to a lapsed credit card. Manager did best he could but it cost us $400 more (US) for the two rooms. All basically due to train strike of 1 day.

Great location and facilities at the hotel. We had a full kitchen and all the staff were so helpful including the Concierge on places to see. The room was cleaned every day. It was walking distance to most parts of the city. Loved the firework completion and attended on 2 nights. Wonderful quality of their food in the restaurant.

The lighting in the room was subdued. It would be better to have brighter lighting.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was lovely, brilliant to have a balcony and the extra space that an apartment brings. It was a well equipped kitchen and everywhere was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was really easy to pull out and put away. Plenty of space for us to hang our clothes and plenty of drawer space too. It was great to have an extra cupboard, so our luggage was kept out of the way too. Brilliant apartment! Having the supermarket so close was fab and the hotel felt like a great location, lots of places were within walking distance. Bus stops outside and Uber and taxis are only a few minutes wait. The hotel team were very helpful, cannot fault any of those we spoke to. Despite the disappointment of the pool, we would stay here again. Thank you.

We were really disappointed with the pool area. I specifically booked a hotel with a pool, so we could have a swim and a relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day sightseeing. We only went once however. It was dirty, the floor of the pool was gritty and the water didn't feel typically pool clean. The changing facilities are on a different floor to the pool, which is what it is but it took a while to work out where we needed to go and then we went to the pool with our stuff in a locker and couldnt get back in because we didnt have our swipe card. Just raising awareness of that really, it is a good idea for security. People were in and out of the pool area with their shoes on, so the floor was not somewhere you wanted to walk without flip flops and the jacuzzi didn't work.

Great location and lots of space for a family of 5. We did have to ask for more towels, pillows and bedding for the sofa bed for our eldest but they were brought up within about 20mins.

Charged $200 CAD per night holding fee. No idea what this was for and it wasn’t explained when we checked in, had to query it the next morning when I realised I’d been charged too much. The money was taken and then I was told it would take 2-5 days for it to be refunded. Why?!

Spacious for family of Four. Separate bedroom. Kitchen and dining table definitely a bonus. Prompt response to all of our requests.

Noise from the street was quite bad. Especially if you slept on the sofa, the balcony door was very poorly sound proofed. Housekeeping only left two towels, even though they took four dirty ones, so we had to call them for more. I accidentally left my AirPods behind. Called them when I realized. The housekeeping claimed they were never found.
