Clean, quiet and great parking for my work truck and trailer. I left before the breakfast hours but the staff packed me a bag to take with me. Thank you so much!

The fact that $100.00 deposit is charged to your credit card immediately but not returned for two to five business days. Even when the room was paid for in advance and not by choice. Booking.com took the payment even though I chose to pay when my stay was complete. Why are the summer rates double? I travel for work all year long and I don't charge my clients double in the summer.

Room was clean, large with a nice feel. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Price for one night was acceptable. Breakfast not a good thing: bread and coffee. Otherwise we still got a lovely room!

There was a lady yelling at us out of the window (office) when we parked at the back of the building, not to park there as there was an event coming. We never saw the event, nor was that parking used. Got yelled at for nothing.

The facility was so nice and clean. I felt very safe there too. It was nice to have breakfast included except for the fact that it was so early. It was nice that you offered Coffee and Tea TV and other stuff. I love that it had a pool and a hot tub!

The dog that kept barking in the backyard. People walking by really loud. I wish breakfast was extended to 11:00AM lol.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient for all the of tasks I need to do when I am in West Kelowna. I feel like there is value for money here.

One morning it sounded like there was a Clydesdale in the room above me as someone with heavy feet was walking around...a lot.

This is a really nice hotel in Kelowna. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and the free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus. It also has free parking. We had a great stay.

There's no lift.

Second time we have stayed there and was impressed on their friendlyness and how clean it is kept. Also beds are very comfortable

No pool so I think the cost should have been lower

Great access right off the highway. Bonus- there’s a Chinese food restaurant attached to it. It was clean & staff were nice. Only annoying thing was constant doors slamming from guests coming in & out but the hotel really can’t control that unless they install ‘slow door close’ hinges. Other weird thing is how far removed the upstairs eating area is, usually it’s located close to the entrance but it was opposite. important thing is that it was fully stocked & even had gloves for patrons to use around the food.

Very large room with fridge and microwave, a couple of desks and a shoe cubby. Breakfast included, pool, hot tub and gym. Good value for money.

The gym closes at 9 and I would have liked to have gone a bit later. No elevator so if you're on the second floor, you have to take your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.

Didn't do breakfast but I liked the location

I would of preferred the back side of the motel I found room 126 quite noisy from the highway noise

Comfortable beds and nice staff

Some marks on the walls and ceiling, I chose the pay now option on Booking.com so I thought I paid when I Checked in, and front desk said it was to only hold the room. a bit confusing
