The property was undergoing a refurbishment but it didn’t impact us at all. The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and warm. It’s located right in the middle of lower Village about 100 metres from the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Exceeded our expectations

You need to manage and supervise the pool facities better. I wanted to vomit after seeing person after person coming in to the pool unshowered, wearing full street clothing and children in diapers in hot tubs meant for adults. Also, we witnessed two men who clearly were not patrons of the hotel (as we saw them later using a locker) that wore their underwear (boxers) in the pool which was so unsanitary and disgusting we got out and left.

The hotel was perfectly located to lifts & town. Ski Valet was great service. The hotel room was comfy & warm, the fireplace was special. The kitchen was well equipped & convenient for my family. Breakfast was really nice.

I didn’t like that pets were allowed in all rooms. Pets should only be accepted on designated floors.

The indoor hot tub wasn’t really function that well . Warming water and minimal jets- so basically a public bath- if that’s your thing it was awesome ;)

The best thing about Hilton whistler is its location. It saves much of your time and energy. Pool and hot tub are the best, after a long tiring day that's what you need. Breakfast buffet was nice. Front desk guys were great on the day we checked in(Aug 20).

Sofa come bed is really bad. TV is outdated.

Everything. Parking was easy, convenient, and accessible. Staff was incredibly friendly. Location was perfect - close to The Stroll, but far enough away to not hear the evening noise.

The breakfast was buffet style and we had our dog with us so we had to take a plate to go - couldn’t enjoy a second plate of coffee after breakfast at the table

the hotel location is perfect, just beside the Olympic Gondola, and the facilities are awesome.

I had a problem with the concierge and, despite the attendant's politeness, there was a completely unprepared young man, with whom I ended up having a more heated argument, to say the least.

The pool area was dirty even the pool water and hot tube water weren't in the qualities we expected. The hot tubes were a playground for the children for the whole day. We would have appreciated that at least in the later evening hours were no more playing children in the pool area or that the rules were respected.

was great to walk out of the building directly into the village. we were there for the Peak to Peak which was walking distance away.

nearly every door from the parking lot to upstairs was very difficult to open due to misalignments. our granddaughter who always goes out of her way to open doors for us could not open them and was upset because of that.

Overall the cleanliness is good.

Just a minor comment on the cleanliness, please include the kitchen sink in cleaning on the top side of it, there were molds. The breakfast could be better. The bacon was not crispy. Maybe you could add disposable toothbrush on the free toiletries.
