We stayed at the Hilton for two days while attending a function, and the experience was excellent. The hotel graciously accommodated my request and upgraded me to their executive lounge, which was a delightful perk. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the comfortable mattress provided a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the complimentary airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, making my journey back home hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Winnipeg.

Loved the Hilton Honors perks, the coffee, breakfast and the size of the room as well as patio as I like a bit of fresh air. I appreciated not being charged for parking and all of the staff were friendly, chatty and efficient. Anything we asked for the answer was yes, from getting a few wine glasses to use and being able to take breakfast to our room. We never once heard the word no. Liked the two large TVs so I didn’t have to watch sports😜.

I don't want to sound like a grumpy old guy, but the 24 hour executive lounge was looking pretty messy and depleted in the evening hourse after a large group of teens obviously had access thanks to their guardians. We can't make folks better oarents, but maybe this amenity needs to be staffed at all times?

Front desk staff were excellent. Checkin was a breeze and desk provided baggage assistance. Upgraded to executive VIP and received several benefits. Suite was fantastic and well appointed.

Parking was somewhat limited as there were several large events occurring. There was only one luggage cart available.

Nice room with a comfortable bed. I appreciated being upgraded to the 6th floor. I also appreciated the shuttle not only to and from the airport, but they took me to Polo Park as well. Pleasant drivers.

One of the general washrooms ran out of toilet paper during the conference.

That it’s close to most places people want to go to just to take their minds off of things.. (flying squirrel, speed world, etc..) and that the staff actually shows that they really care for their guests!

Just that some other guests were pretty noisy.. but other than that everything else was great!

location and comfort

lack of security inside the facility. it was difficult to enjoy the hot tub as there was a family with 5 children very young children that did not supervise their children that were jumping into the hot tub. these children were only 3-5 years old. no parental supervision. this made it difficult to enjoy as their behaviour in that area was very unsafe( running along the partition wall between the pool and hot tub). I understand it does not have a life guard and one would not be ordinarily justified but perhaps security making a trip through the area periodically.

I like that the staff was very accommodating and kind. Irene (Filipina) demonstrated such excellent customer service. She was warm and kind to my parents because they arrived earlier than we do, and Irene made sure that they're comfortable while contacted me to inform that they have arrived.

It would have been really nice if the pool hours start earlier in the morning because when they opened it at 8am, they still were cleaning the pool and my parents waited for about 30 minutes. Then, because they staff just put chlorine and asked the guests to wait for another 30 mins, my parents just went back to their room. It was a bit disappointing because one reason why we chose the location was for the pool. Other than that, everything's good.

This facility was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Spotless, well-equipped and super comfortable room. The breakfast on the executive floor was fantastic. Room service was prompt with delicious food! Highly recommend!

In all honesty... it was a great place to stay! No complaints whatsoever.

I liked the rooms, the shower, the bed, the duvet and the basic breakfast.

The distance of the elevators to the hotel. The distance of the banquet rooms (Columbus). A lot of walking and it was hard on our disabled and elderly. The open lounge, I like privacy when sitting in a lounge.
