The location was excellent, no need to drive through town to get to it and very close to the mall. The rooms were very large and clean. We got a king suite and asked for a cot for an extra sleeper. With 3 kids (one being a teenager), we had plenty of space still to walk around the room. The fridge and microwave were also a nice touch. The staff were very helpful. The pool with the water slide is the reason we booked this hotel and why we will be returning next time we need to stay in Fredericton. The kids had a blast! I took the kids down to the snack store by the front desk, and the price for the snacks was very reasonable!

If the pool was a little warmer it would go a long way to making this nice stay even better! The price of the room was a little high but not unreasonable.

Front desk staff polite, yet a smile upon check-in would be a welcoming touch. It's the very first impression every receives upon arrival. At check out, it would be great if the front desk staff asked. How was your stay? This provides positive input from guests and also shows they care. Just a suggestion.

The room was clean and comfy. We appreciated the toiletries and the option to ring the front desk for things we may have forgotten (which we thankfully didn’t need to). The breakfast selection was good. It was nice to stay somewhere with a complimentary meal which included items all three family members (including a picky 6 year old!) could enjoy. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the dining area was neat and clean. We noticed there was even a water bowl for pets at the entrance along with the refreshments for guests. Our kiddo enjoyed the daily jokes on the chalkboards. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall the whole facility seems well run and efficient. They seem to have thought of everything. Well done :) We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Fredricton!

The sliding bathroom door was cool and looked good but a lock to ensure privacy would’ve been nice.

Love the main floor rooms when we're traveling with our dog. Really spacious and having the counter, sink and fridge as you enter the room is such a fantastic use of the space for all the things to land and not be in the way. This time we had adjoining rooms as we were in Fredericton for my Mom's celebration of life. Lots of seating for close family members to visit and reconnect without having to sit on the beds. This hotel is my go to every single time I'm in Fredericton. Waterslide for kids is always a big hit too.

Didn't care for the pot smoking kids in the staff area at the back of the property... not sure that's in the hotels control though. Didn't feel unsafe though.

the location, pool & breakfast was a big draw. we’re from Ontario and have been here 2 time before. our kids asked to stay again and it was one of their bdays so they were thrilled. staff at the desk were very nice. rooms are clean.

the pool chemistry was off- it was cloudy and the scum line of the pool was needing to be done. the breakfast was different this time. it was roped off and the staff weren’t ready to serve. they were too busy trying to refill and clean other stuff. tables weren’t promptly cleaned for others to eat. the kids were disappointed there wasn’t any waffles. not sure if it was a one- off.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in/out was quick and easy, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was acceptable and included in the price. Bathroom was nice, with lots of supplies. Hotel itself was clean, and good parking. Fitness room had dumbbells up to 50 and a few cardio machines. Was sufficient.

The sliding door vs. a closable bathroom door may not work for everyone from a privacy perspective. Not real concerns otherwise. No complaints.

Nice facility. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was good, all staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The pool was small and full of kids. We went to pool planning to swim; however, in addition to a lot of people there, the water was definitely cloudy and didn’t seem inviting at all…so we sat there and watched others enjoy themselves for a while! I don’t mind children and would have gone swimming…it was the cloudy water that was particularly uninviting.

The pool and the slide. The front desk and the greeting lady at the breakfast, and the cleaning lady that kindly said hello tu us in the morning. Also, the tv channels where very varied and I was able to watch the Copa America!

Everything was great for that price. The only thing I didn't love but can't be done anything about was the location which is not very charming but still ok convenient.

Plenty of parking, nice lobby/breakfast area, clean room with everything you need. Staff was super friendly and helpful

I only wish the hotel was on the bus route. A little bit of a walk to get to a bus stop. Not an issue of the hotel, I understand, it’s decisions made by the City Transit system, but maybe they could make the request

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was included in the price and it was very tasty. We didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked great and we will definitely use it the next time we stay.

It's somewhat far (not walkable, but a short drive) from downtown, but imo needing to drive was worth the price difference compared to the hotels downtown.
