The front desk staff were very accommodating. I called ahead of time to request a room not far from the elevator, and they situated us in the perfect room. When we had issues with the coffee maker in our room, someone came up immediately to help resolve our issue. When returning to my room with breakfast, the breakfast Attendant saw that I had my hands full and insisted on helping me at the elevator. The staff were marvelous. When I learned how little they were being paid I was mortified. Good staff deserve fair wages.

It was a bit noisy. I could hear people walking around above me on the next level. The bed was so high off the ground that my mother could not access it and had to sleep on the less comfortable pullout Sofa.

The room was spacious, beds were comfy, clean. Very good location. Good breakfast

The air conditioning in the room was really loud at night, so we had to turn it off while we slept. But because it was turned off, it made it warm in the room. Not sure if the air conditioning was normal to be that loud?

The holiday inn express was a welcome surprise short stay. The hotel was clean quiet and offered a very nice complimentary breakfast that was better than most I have experienced. A welcome surprise. I would recommend this hotel.

All Staff were amazing. Our room was large and very comfortable & clean & the hardwood flooring is awesome compared to other hotel rooms with carpet. The breakfast included with your stay is excellent as well as the dining area.

Easy to access, clean, good parking, amazing hot breakfast! The beds were absolutely the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The couch in the suite was brand new and very comfortable. We loved the old wood grain floors mixed in with a bit of carpet. The suite was fantastic, as it had a little kitchenette where we could use the fridge and microwave. The pull out desk was very handy to eat meals at or do some writing. We loved the location as it wasn't downtown, but not far away from it either. It is central to grocery store and other shopping areas which was handy.

Floors in foyer weren't clean. Not a good welcome to greet customers. More care is needed. This is sound criticism and not meant to be mean. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Otherwise a good hotel for a stopover. Breakfast was ok.

Very clean room. When I entered the room I could smell the freshness of the bedsheets. Very nice first impression. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic in terms of diversity and taste. The staff very polite and welcoming.

We were there for a conference and liked the location. The breakfast was excellent and even had some gluten and lactose free options that I appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful!. We would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint I have is that some of the breakfast items were not hot but that was probably due to the time that the food arrived and the time I arrived.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean establishment. Free parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Spouse LOVED the water bottle filling station next to the ice.

Coffee / tea station in lobby is not available after breakfast. High beds- short people- never works!

I signed up for the loyalty program so instead of the regular room, we got a free upgrade to a King Suite. Excellent experience, especially as we were coming back from a hiking trip and needed some extra space to clean, unpack, reorganize, etc.

Can't really think of too much. It's a Holiday Inn, so you know what to expect. Is it going to blow your mind? No. Is it going to be as advertised, and give you clean sheets and a decent bed to sleep on? Yes.
