Pet friendly. No charge for our dog!♥️ Re free breakfast- only had a yogurt and a croissant Saw someone with a hard boiled egg. Coffee was good! Room and beds clean and comfortable Linens good especially the thick towels! Good shower! Fridge and microwave in room. Half round table and two cool designed chairs. Restaurant Route 6 attached was good. Chicken wing special on as was a1/2 litre of Pino Grigio. Great staff in reception and the restaurant. Easy access to road to Hopewell Rocks!

No coffee machine in room. No wee freezer compartment in top of fridge.

I was just looking for the most affordable place to stay for a couple of nights and I was happily surprised by the whole experience. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. Secondly the room was large, very clean, up to date and the bed was as comfortable as some luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. The location was also great, just a couple of kms from downtown and 5 mins walks to a Tim’s. There is a bar& grill attached to Motel where you get a free breakfast. I couldn’t have asked for any better. I would definitely go back and would recommend it. Huge bang for your buck! Well done!

Pleasant overall. The staff's courteous responsiveness for any needs and questions is above the service one would expect from a 5☆ hotel. These folks are right on the ball. We were quite surprised by the included "continental breakfast"which is not mentioned in the description. The addition of at least scrambled eggs, would make it quasi impossible for any nearby hotels to compete.

The lengthy train traversing nearby during the night was loud and awakening. Although this isn't the hotel's fault, it must be mentioned. Then there was the beautiful but water EMPTY and unusable swimming pool. We would have enjoyed relaxing in it.

The staff made the stay very comfortable. I loved the free cookies and coffee. The room was very good as far as cleanliness and the bed was good. The location for us was excellent.

The toilet is to close to the wall for larger people. The tub did not have anti-slip mats. After talking to staff anti-slip mats were made available. The parking spaces for the rooms should be indicated in the spots for that room. My wife who is not very mobile had to walk 1/2 way to the office because someone parked in what to her was supposed to be our spot.

Check-in was smooth. the front desk clerk was exceptional and very helpful. The room was clean, easy to find, had ample parking, and property was tidy.

There was no in-room tea/coffee maker. However, it was offered at the reception along with complimentary cookies. The beds were too soft and sagging down at the headboards. The sides were not stable anymore either. I must mention that we prefer firm beds therefore my judgment may not be just. :). The bathroom was very small, with no space to place toiletries, a shelf would have helped greatly. The room just lacked a few special touches that could take it up a notch such as a carpet at the door, more pillows (king size bed with only 3 pillows), a bigger TV, a comfy chair, a coffee machine, place to hang a hand towel, the closet was compromised by the microwave below so clothes didn't hang properly. I understand that renovations had been done, perhaps they were still working on things.

We stayed in two other motels on our drive across Canada. One, the bed was too hard and my husband had a hard time sleeping. The next one, the sink was filthy we wondered how clean the bed was?? We were very disappointed and couldn’t wait to get out of that room. Motel 6 was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone staying in Moncton. Well worth the price.

The only disappointment was the loud fan of the heater. Not sure why many hotels have these noisy things. We had driven 14 hours and we were exhausted. The loud fan made it hard to sleep.

Wow -- this place was awesome! I didn't really have high expectations as the price was low and other Motel-6 establishments I've stayed at were... unpleasant... but when I was roadtripping eastern Canada and made a stop here for one night, it honestly was a better experience than motels/hotels charging double/triple more per night. Clean sheets and towels? Yes. TV/Microwave/Fridge in good working condition? Yes. Bathroom clean? Yes. Safe? Yes. Easy check-in + friendly staff? Yes. I definitely recommend it and commend the great job management is doing as I could tell that they take great pride in what they do.

Raj was exceptional re customer service. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable . The room was very clean, comfortable and had very tasteful decor and amenities were great. The attached pub/ grill served great and healthy food. We would not hesitate to enjoy another visit.

We loved everything about Motel 6 so I guess this does not apply.

Room was clean. Very basic. Shower was great. TV worked great. Air conditioning and heating unit was easy to program and not noisy. No armchair but there was a small table with 2 chairs.

Plenty of towels but no bar or hook to hang them on. I just hung them over the shower curtain bar. No coffee maker but there were a microwave and fridge. No closet space. There was a small hanger space on the wall next to the microwave and fridge.

Fri we arrived on site at 1pm and hanine was working ( very nice young man) so he checked to see if we could get in early..... looks boom yep 111 was avail so we paid and talk to him for abit Sat we went for a walk and when we came back both of our cards did not work to open the door(red) So we walked to lobby didn't catch this young man's name but he was very nice and helpful So we told him our cards wouldn't work so then said ok should be good Walked back nope Went to try again on door a second time We started to walk back and the young man came out to help us Sun check out hanine is working again We paid cash for our stay and deposit so we had to wait a few mins for the guy to go check room and give an ok We love your hotel , we find the pressure of your water not very powerful but all good Also location is amazing there is a few things in walking distance also a restaurant on site Never been to it yet Love the beds But I know it says no smoking and people do anyways but would amazing to have chairs outside

There should be 4 pillows on the bed as someone always has to have one Also I think you should maybe hand out a pen I had a call and no pen
