The staff were extremely helpful, even providing assistance with very late check-in and covering for the xmas season impact on restaurant availability by providing a breakfast and sandwich buffet. The restaurant provides an excellent fair at reasonable prices. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Excellent location to many ammenities and value for money.

There is much more demand on vending machines for late arrivals. All machines require cash to access the machines, recommend upgrading to card pay systems.

Beautiful property, well kept. Room was small, but clean.

Could do with an upgrade to the TV. It was small and the quality of picture was poor. We were not told by the front desk that housekeeping staff would not be doing a daily check on the room to see if glasses, etc. needed replacing. After waiting most of day we we found and asked a housekeeping staff member as-to why our room was not checked. We were informed that the room was only checked every two days. If we needed anything we had to call the front desk. Covid rules were mentioned. Would like to have been informed of this at check in.

This building in beautiful - it is very clean and as expected; it gives off a very historical "feel". The grounds were lovely, and there's a beautiful trail you can walk on every day (see picture). We didn't eat at the restaurant, but there's plenty of restaurants within a five minute walk - we went to a couple breweries (bootleg and boomstick - see picture of our fabulous bartender below). Rooms were clean an comfortable. Staff were excellent. It was SO nice and quiet. You can't even hear the traffic outside, even though you're relatively close to the roadway.

There really isn't much that we didn't like at all - the check in process was fast and easy. Perhaps having the menu for the meals each day in the room? Maybe adding hand lotion to the bathroom? I am really grasping at straws here trying to find something to improve (lol).

The reception was friendly and very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and had wonderful meals. Staff were kind and professional. When I was checking out the reception was again, very informative, friendly and kind. Loved my stay and will stay again.

I have not tried the breakfast but the charm of this place puts one in mind of an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel

I honestly do t feel anything could have been better. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dinners were superb. The room amply proportioned and co For table and the added bonus of the nature trail all conspired to make this delightful

Location: easy access and close to all amenities and walking trails - extremely convenient. Meal service: great menus and quick service by friendly staff in main dining room. Also had an excellent meal in The Wine Cellar. Rooms comfortable well equipped/furnished.. Overall extremely satisfied.

Only note is that the facility is a little dated and looking "tired." Carpeting is stained and worn in main lobby and hallways, giving a somewhat dismal tone to an otherwise great experience.

Didn't really enjoy the breakfast the hash browns or cubed potatoes was not good looked and tasted like it was cooked and left to long

I would like a good medical rate has all our stays have been for medical reasons also a early check in time would help when someone is not feeling well and has to travel for appointments

The look and feel of the hotel was stylishly, quaint. It reminded me so much of the country inns in British movies. I felt very comfortable there. My walk around the pond and the path following the river was enjoyable and interesting.

Perhaps the carpet should be replaced at some point, but it added to the character of the Inn for me.

Close to the Grenfell Campus and downtown. The food portions in the dining room.

The room that we stayed in was really small for two people. I have stayed at The Glynmill many times but have never had an issue with the room size until this stay. There was only one bedside table and there was few places to lay things.

It was a very quaint, older hotel with a beautiful entry way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love have the hiking trail right there.

I really have no complaints other then the food wasn’t great but it wasn’t awful and convenient to not have to go searching for a restaurant when tired from travel
