It was VERy clean. Our room was well stocked and I felt comfortable enough to walk in my bare feet! Everything appeared to be recently updated. The staff were wonderful. The front desk checkin lady was lovely and very helpful in accommodating a request for a ground floor room to help my mom out as she walks with a cane. The breakfast was great. Hot and the staff monitored tables and kept the food restocked.

There was very little of anything I didn’t like about the property.

Wow perhaps the best free breakfast 🥞 l have ever had the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool was very good.

I have to say it's always disappointing when you book a place on booking.com and the hot tub that is advertised is not remotely operating. The two main reasons I book a place is for the free breakfast and the hot tub.

I was in cornwall to do some bereavement work with a local company that lost a coworker. The hotel was amazing in assisting me. The dayshift manager was amazing in assisting me with space so I could speak in a safe place to conduct my bereavement sessions. I as well as the usw international thankyou for how wonderful you were. Thnkyou very much.

Everything was amazing

Very comfortable room and bed. We had travelled from Nova Scotia 13 hours of driving and it was a perfect place to rest for the night

Breakfast was open after we left 6am so we didn’t get a chance to sample it. The only ‘down’ was there was no toilet paper in the room and we wish there would have been USB ports next to the bed to charge phones while on them resting comfortably on the bed

Breakfast was full and fantastic, room size was big ,beds were wonderful. They did a great job on the renovation the bathroom vanity was very large lots of room for all your toiletries supplied soaps and lotion high quality

Seems with the renovation They should have put bigger tvs in the rooms. The 32” are too small makes it very hard to see from the beds

It is in a great central location with several restaurant options available close by. We appreciated that breakfast was included in the price. We also took advantage of the guest laundry facility- thank you!

It was difficult to find the entrance due to the very weird traffic circle out front.

The staff were amazing and your location is beautiful.

So we were there for relaxation and we selected this property because of amenities. After reaching at the property we knew that all of them are closed because of maintenance.

The people beside us were on a FaceTime event and were very loud.

Cost was more than anticipated. One of the older men at the front counter ignored me when I was next in line and took a middle-aged man before me. I know the counter person saw me, but didn’t even try to acknowledge my presence. Very unprofessional and lacking in customer service.

The location is great, the beds are comfortable, the WiFi is great, the pool is wonderful and the hot breakfast is delicious. You can walk in restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in case you forgot anything.

Breakfast was good as it felt personally made. I really appreciated that it was served on real dishes/cutlery . Many hotel breakfasts create excessive trash/waste.

The layout of the hotel was very weird with considerable walking to reach our room . The long hallways were gloomy , unadorned etc
