The hotel has been renovated since my last stay, and it looks great. The staff is very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was great. It's near restaurants, stores and a movie theatre. Great spot.

The coffee was not great. It was cold at the end of the day (not sure if it's supposed to be out all day), and the light roast was a very bland coffee. There was no dark roast option. Honestly, there is a Tim's across the street, and this one area of improvement would not deter me from staying here again. Great hotel overall.

Friendly staff, quiet place, pool was a plus, decent breakfast

1. We didn’t make aware of extra pet fee when booking online or checking in and we found out on our second day of stay 2. Even though it says “pet friendly hotel”, the cleaning crew were nervous about our dogs in the room locked in their cages. Our dogs are very polite and quiet. Still the cleaning crew didn’t spend time in our room to make sure it was clean on daily basis. The front desk mentioned that the rooms will be cleaned every other day which was a question mark since every hotel you stay in, clean everyday. Then when it was finally the day to clean our room, the crew only replaced the dirty towels with clean ones and mopped the bathroom floor. They didn’t touch anything else which was disappointing.

Location was good for our needs. Able to get parking right outside front entry. The room was very spacious and really appreciated the electric recepticals beside the bed. The vanity space was the best I've ever seen and the inclusion of a night light was a nice touch. Being on a side street, there was no road noise, and the blackout blinds worked great.

The heater fan continually came on thru out the night even with our adjustments.

Whirlpool, breakfast, and clean room. Exercise room and Ice machine, too. Most of all, very friendly staffs impress me here too. Coffee is always available at the breakfast area.

Minor things such as only one chair. In addition, it was difficult to have meal with my family in the room because of no table. It was hard to adjust shower cold and hot water. You probably know you can double your occupancy by adjusting your price (25% down). This is the only major issue with your inn.

Clean, spacious, good amenities. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly. Pool and patio area are nice. Location on edge of town but convenient to get anywhere in Guelph. Consistent with other Hampton Inn locations I’ve stayed at.

Rated value low only because it was outrageously expensive. I’ve stayed in downtown Toronto for less. I suspect this was because it was a long weekend and university move-in weekend, so demand was high - and indeed we had no other options locally.

Bfast was good, pool was fun with the kids, place was bright and clean, rooms were great! Well done! Staff was friendly !

7am Sunday morning , we had an early game and by 7:05am everything still wasn't completed and ready for eating...coffee was cold, waffles batter not ready, and juice machine still off.

great size for family and our dog. clean.

no cutlery or dishes in the kitchen. nice to have a microwave but nothing to place food on to go in the microwave. we stayed 2 nights so the room did not get cleaned ....just would have liked fresh towels at least.

Good location and really good amenities including pool and spa tub. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff was outstanding in their helpfulness throughout

Had spa tub in room which was nice but when done a malfunction caused it to come back on every ten minutes and took quite a period of time for it to be addressed.

Breakfast included was good, hot variety. Staff was engaging, helpful and pleasant. Nicole L. was a delight to see throughout our stay! This hotel has a lot to offer in walking distance, Tim's, Wendy's, theaters, restaurants. We spent most of our time visiting the pool and hot tub. Great stay!

We slept well because the hotel was very quiet. it had a pool that was never crowded. Big cinema and Tim Hortons within a block. Close to downtown restaurants/pubs, Paisley Street Shoppes and Quebec Street Mall.

It was quite a drive to south Guelph and the roads were snowy and icy - nothing that the hotel could change. Would be nice to have a small bar in the hotel.
