unsightly cigarette burns on toilet seat, seat should be changed. Intruding upper wall in shower reduces space for arm movement. Bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly clened at times. Inconvenient placement of clothes closet; some hooks for hanging coats near the entry door would be good. In the hallway near the elevator, food, possibly dropped by a child, remained there. Perhaps this was due to staffing shortages over the holidays. On a couple of nights, there were too many loud voices in the hallway and/or adjacent rooms.

The room was very clean (even under the beds!), the location was great for the event at First Ontario Centre, and the breakfast the next morning was good and reasonably priced. All staff were courteous and easy to understand. The mini fridge, TV and coffee maker worked.

The building seems a bit dated and had a slightly unpleasant odour in the halls and stairwells, but the room seemed fine. Could have had some tea or hot chocolate to go with the coffee. Maybe a channel guide for the TV would be handy.

Hotel attractive,well decorated and very clean.The reception ,cleaning,maintenance ,security and restaurant staff were all pleasant , friendly and helpful and welcoming.The restaurant menus was amazing. Of all the specials they served a variety of schnitzel,happened to our favourite food. Something you rarely see served, and haven’t had since our last trip to Germany!

Our Friday night was very comfortable and quiet. We were at a event at the convention centre till about 10:30 pm. I realize it was a Saturday night but till 3 am either in the room above or down the hall music played with constant heavy base sound.And 2 women were arguing quite loudly in the hall. 🙁

We thought with the price of the room that maybe there would be some breakfast special with it. But we have not travelled in a while. We did meet up for breakfast with 8 other family members. Breakfast was good. My wife and I had supper at the restaurant and it was great. Thanks.

I ordered a cab and when I came down the young lady apologized for not calling the cab company yet because she had gotten very busy. She then called and all was good. This was not a big thing we where on time for our event.

Room was clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. Liked the large vanity - room to put toiletries etc. We were satisfied with the stay - just one night this time. On previous occasions we had been able to stay longer. We were happy that the quality, friendliness of the staff and general atmosphere was what we remembered from past visits. Thank you!!

location was close to where I needed to be .. friendly and helpful staff .. clean building and grounds

not handicap accessible .. very difficult to get around .. no ramp to get in .. cement stairs .. security guard watched from window by the door as we struggled to get up the stairs and into building .. was another person o who was staying there that eventually helped us.

Staff were all amazing and very helpful. We tried to change room when we arrived to accommodate our daughter joining us. It was a ball tournament weekend, so it was booked solid, but we were offered a cot at a discounted price. On site restaurant was very good, we ate there, as well as ordering food to our room. Location was great, as we took GO train to concert in Toronto. We would stay here again.

Staff were wonderful Room was very clean and comfortable. Common areas were a bit run down. Breakfast was very good and our waitress was very kind and accommodating.

Just spruce up common areas. Also while the visible 24 hour security personnel were, of course, appreciated and very reassuring it made one wonder why they would be needed which created a little sense of Ill ease.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I went to the restaurant for breakfast. The meal arrived quickly and was excellent. The staff were very quick to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcomed.
