I liked the breakfast and social dinner provided. I also liked that the suite had a functional kitchen, kitchen utensils, and a full sized fridge.

I did not like the fact that parking was not free. Parking is paid, and is so expensive, set at $15 per day. It's already bad that the hotel is located in a busy part of town where it is difficult to find parking. It feels like the hotel is taking advantage of guests by asking them to pay for parking, because what other option do we have? It takes away from the other nice things that would have make the stay impeccable. Imagine having to pay $15/day for the whole length of ones stay. It cancels the value for money that one might have gotten on the reservation. If anything, parking should be free fpr guests to make the experience wholesome.

Such a lovely hotel! The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities were lovely and impeccably clean.Our room was impressive. I was not expecting a FULL kitchen in the suite with huge fridge/freezer, stove, microwave & dishwasher. Even the garage was well lit & tidy. I was travelling with my dog & the hotel was tremendously welcoming.

The area around the hotel was mostly lovely - steps from Hess Village, but there is a parking lot right next to the hotel where there were a number of individuals buying/selling & engaging in using illicit substances.

The location was great, the room was fantastic and super comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I'm travelling on business so I really liked the desk/business setup they had in the room, with a comfortable chair. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area had everything you would need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but it was okay.

Staff was exceptional from the people at the reception desk when I checked in and out, to the kitchen staff, to the house keeping. They were all just lovely, friendly and welcoming people. Special thank you to all the kitchen staff especially Sarah and Melissa. They were always at hand to give advice about places to go.

The place was clean, tidy and a great location. We were able to get from Hamilton to many parts of Ontario using the bus service and trains. Getting back was even better because most buses stopped a stone throw away from the suite. Downfall was on our first night we witnessed a death near the hotel and the following week a shooting which was frightening. Homelessness was a real issue near the Suite.

The room was excellent, very close to where we were going, walking distance to Firstontario Centre. Breakfast was great had everything we enjoy eating, (except chocolate milk). We did not need to worry about are car with the private parking. Very friendly staff.

Their was a strong odour in the hallway that was not pleasant. When we would walk from the elevator to our room. No where else in the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The Wed light supper was a great touch. The room itself was very clean and the kitchen was amazing The staff was helpful and friendly

The bed was not overly comfortable (for the price paid) The price was a little outrageous, I booked/paid it ONLY because the location was prime for my events there. (I found out a friend who had a same room as I had paid HALF of what I paid per night!!!) It's sad a hotel can charge ridiculous money because of events on in their city.

Spacious apartment, huge balcony, extremely helpful & friendly staff. We feel very welcome here. The breakfast is good. The light complimentary dinner was simple but a nice touch.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My son Wishes there was a hot tub (but there is a small indoor pool)

Comfortable and spacious accomodation. Pleasant staff. Light dinner on weekedays is a plus.

Location in central downtown with lot of homeless people activity around. Felt a bit scary walking in and out of the building in evenings. Otherwise the building itself is well secured. No housekeeping on the weekends which was not a huge concern for us. Noise Air Conditioner in one room. But again not a major concern for us.

The breakfast is quite abundant with bread, milk, coffee, and fruit. However, it seems that there is no bacon, which I love to eat. The breakfast time is also quite suitable, and the environment is very pleasant.

It would be even better to include some noodles in the breakfast options. Suggettion: Adding noodles to breakfast can provide variety and a different flavor profile. Some popular breakfast noodle dishes from different cuisines include Asian-style noodle soups or stir-fried noodles with vegetables and protein.

Booking.com advertised as two beds but when I got there I got one queen size bed and a lumpy sofa bed. Fortunately the manager on site upgraded us to a king size bed without extra charge. Excellent customer service from Staybridge. Room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchen with full size fridge. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows and duvet. Buffet breakfast was very good. Parking in the lower level was secured due to garage door, as opposed to outdoor parking.

$12.50 per day parking was not on the booking.com website. Sofa bed was lumpy due to the springs in the mattress...not for an adult. For a young child, it may be okay. Water pressure in shower was not sufficient. Wifi was generally good but unstable at times. The lighting in the room was not sufficient as one of the lights besides the bed didn't work.
