Overall pretty clean, and tidy glad the bed sheets, etc didn't have any hair on it, bath tub was clean. Room and washroom is spacious. There is countertop space in the bathroom to put things as opposed to just a standalone sink. There are enough chairs and tables in the room too. They are also very considerate to install handle bars on the walls for the bathtub to prevent falling. Room is thick carpet so it feels nice for guests. No 2nd floor so don't have to worry about noise of people walking upstairs at night.

The ventilation is pretty loud when it turns on, have some trouble sleeping when it turns on. The bed mattress is those types where if you move, the person next to you will feel it too. There is no bathroom vent to draw out the steam when taking a shower so it can get humid.

Spacious clean room with comfy beds, although 2 additional pillows on each bed would've been nice. AC worked great which is always very much appreciated! We would've liked to try out lunch and/or supper in the Falls Manor Resort restaurant as the menu selections looked great, but had already made other plans elsewhere with family members living nearby; however, we did enjoy a delicious breakfast for a very reasonable price served by very pleasant staff.

Bathroom door in our unit didn't close easily as it was 'scraping' against the floor - an inch sawn off bottom would fix that. A suggestion for the Falls Manor Resort restaurant is that it would be nice if one could order the soup or chili with sandwich combo after 3pm as sometimes it's nice to eat a bigger meal at lunch and a lighter meal in the early evening.

Amazing customer service. Lovely spot, great restaurant. The room we were in was a double queen and super spacious! We look forward to have this as our go-to annual stay :)

I wish we had an interior safety lock on the doors, *especially* since our toddler can open doors pretty easy, and since it’s a motel - it’s a little nerve wracking he could run right into the parking lot if he ever got out on us. My son also did find an empty plastic bowl-like cup under the bed that was not from us. I was surprised at no Conditioner bottles for the shower, but honestly was grateful that the Shampoo bottle states Not Tested on Animals. We got heavily rained on so a shower felt fantastic either way.

As a UK family, we loved the whole experience. Super friendly staff, especially the evening staff. Great homemade food - great experience. Whenever we talk about our North America trip we start with this venue, which says it all (and we stayed on Front Street, Toronto in a nice hotel) - but this will always be our favourite because of the diner.

The rooms need updating. We arrived late and the rooms are a little worn, but if you are in Niagara for a limited time, they are adequate.

We’ve stayed before and liked it..so we went again for the long weekend.

There was a minor snow squall (storm) overnight Saturday into Sunday. We decided to go shopping on Sunday, when we got back about 1 pm, there was a knee high drift directly in front of our door. I would think since we were the only people there in the 18 rooms, somebody could’ve shovelled it out. Needless to say, we tracked it into the room and the rug was wet for hours..

We had a wonderful stay at your location. The pool was great. The restaurant, omg, be sure to bring your appetite. The prices were budget friendly, the portions were family friendly lol. Gord at the front desk was wonderful. So friendly and outgoing. We got there early and he managed to get us in so we weren't driving around for hours. The room was very clean and spacious. The tub was deep, I loved that. Located near everything you need. We bought a wego pass. The stop is a 5 minute walk up the street and gets you all over the city, so just park your car and take the wego, you won't regret it. I love that they still use keys, as I'm always de-magnetizing the key cards, and deadbolt. We are definitely coming back. I give this place a solid 9/10

The place is not new so we weren't expecting new. Nothing we really disliked, just more of wish they had. I wish the beds were more comfy, maybe a little newer.The room we had, had 2 beds the one wasn't too bad the other was not comfy for me, my hubby did fine.The beds were old but I think the one has lived it life. The room needs a little cosmetic tlc but it didn't interfere at all with our stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable I would have liked more pillows. I enjoyed the 10% discount off my breakfast bill the next morning. Great location for the money and for it being a Saturday night

The WIFI wasn't strong enough to operate the TV. We were late getting back to the room so I didn't worry too much about it. I also had issues with WIFI and the three phones in my room. If I was staying longer I would have raised the issue with management. We also had no coffee maker or microwave which never happens at least where I've travelled.

There was no breakfast included, but a nice restaurant was next door. My only complaint is with the bathroom shower. The tub was very deep and as a senior was difficult to get in and especially out. It needs more hand bars for handicap and seniors.

It was very clean, and close location, parking infront of your room, and restaurant next door with excellent food.. wifi available. I would stay here again. Housekeeping services greeted us with clean room, fresh towels etc, on our second day..

The outside not very inviting, but upon entering room, it's worth it. Friendly people. The bathtub abit high to get into to take shower.

The price was right for my daughter and me. We knew we'd only be at the hotel to sleep for a quick overnight visit. The room was clean. Others would say it wasn't modern but that was part of the appeal for me. At check-in, we were shown how to use the tv remote and there were instructions in the room as well. You get a 10% discount at their restaurant, too.

When our neighbors used their shower, it sounded like it was in our bathroom. Also, if you have knee or mobility issues, the bathtub edge is quite high. We could have used more than just the two pillows on each bed.
