Beautiful hotel. Most of the staff were excellent!

A waitress named Kim at Breakfast was incompetent. We had to ask for spoons for our coffee three times before getting them ourselves. By then our tea and coffee was cold. We had to ask for silverware to eat our meal three times. She complained the entire time about having to come to work early. She didn't know what time breakfast started. The tables were not set up. Even though the breakfast had been open for 45 minutes before we got there. We ordered off the menu and she seemed like " wow" extra work for her , rather than us getting the buffet ourselves. Oh and it was my husband's 60th birthday so it didn't start our day off well. Disappointed in the experience.

The staff is amazing and it was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. They offer a convenient shuttle and free parking - making travelling around town easy without having to worry about parking, also allowing you to enjoy wine or alcoholic beverages at dinner without worrying about driving. There is a fitness gym, spa and pool. There’s a gorgeous library that you can go sit and relax with guests. Tiara restaurant offers a beautiful assortment buffet breakfast at a reasonable price, or you can choose from their a la carte menu in their gorgeous dining room or from the comfort of your room. Checking in and out was easy quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back again.

We stopped here for the night on our way to Toronto after visiting Niagara Falls. The hotel itself is tucked just off the Main Street in town with plenty of parking. From the hotel you can walk 10 minutes to explore the main area of town and plenty of shopping and dining. There seemed to be several weddings at the hotel the evening of our stay however we did not experience any problems or inconveniences from those guests, not even loud noises! We stopped into the hotel lounge for a drink and oysters. The food and drink were great and we enjoyed the patio outside until it began to rain. On moving inside we noticed an overwhelming amount of gnats in the bar area around the beer taps and liquor bottles which need to be addressed by staff as it caused us to cut our time there short as we were grossed out. Our room itself was very clean and well maintained.

The pool was very nice. The room was a nice size.

The room looked out over a parking lot. At night there was some type of compressor noise. During breakfast I asked if the patio was nice and I was told there is one man doing a little work by the fountain. It turned to be 4 guys and they were working all around where we were sitting. One talking loud in his cell phone. People working back and forth where we were eating with shovels and equipment. A women came out and walked all around talking to the workers giving instructions. It was not a very nice atmosphere to have breakfast.

We enjoyed the staff and cleanliness of the hotel, we love the area and find the food to be very enjoyable.

We enjoyed some drinks at the bar and ordered the PEI Muscles, we enjoyed both, when we were finish the muscles the waiter noticed we had still sauce in the bowl the muscles came in, he said how about i bring you some fresh bread on the house to enjoy the last of the sauce ? we agreed and di enjoy the bread, however the bread did make it to the bill. Not a big deal, we would just have not ordered the bread had we known.

Queens Landing is a gem in NOTL. Honestly the overall experience of staying in this georgian style hotel was overwhelming. Room was big the bed was very comfortable, pristine bathroom. The location was really nice, just 6 mins walk from NOTL core downtown which was serine and away from hustle and bustle. We had breakfast and dinner in their elegant hotel restaurant ‘Tiara’. Ambiance was gorgeous and food was amazing. Queens Landing is in association with Vintage hotels group and they also provide shuttle service to downtown or some nearby places. There was lots of parking available in the property and parking was included in hotel rent. So, overall experience was amazing.

Honestly there was nothing that I could really dislike about the property. But, still if I have to mention something which was not so great in the property was regarding service of the baggage porters. While checking in or checking out there was no baggage porters service, which wasn’t a big concern for us as we had only a single luggage. But checking in such a hotel like Queens Landing, expectation really shoots up high and we were expecting some baggage porters.

We have stayed here many times..property is beautiful, spotless, walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to most wineries..staff is friendly, accommodating and housekeeping.,at a time when you can’t find a housekeeper during your stay, Queens Landing housekeepers go a step above with daily housekeeping and a turn down service nightly with fresh towels and a rose! A+++ The restaurant and lounge on-site are wonderful with waterfront patio dining in season..they made our stay over the top..Thank you!

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Bath plug was missing (although housekeeping and maintenance responded quickly to our request for a replacement) Vegetarian options in the restaurant and bar were rather limited and unimaginative. We were charged $150 more than the amount shown on the bill. This wasn’t obvious at checkout as I agreed to have the receipt emailed to me instead of being printed. When I noticed the additional amount on my bank statement the next day and called, it was explained that the $150 was a security deposit and would be refunded within 5 business days. I thought this could have been handled more transparently.

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, We were very appreciative of the hotel shuttle to get us around to local establishments. The shuttle drivers were very friendly, courteous and gave good advice. Beautiful location. The hotel design and décor truly reflected historical flare. We found everything about our stay to be superb and we would highly recommend.

Meals were very pricy compared to other places we visited. We only had our first dinner there and ate elsewhere throughout our stay. A more cost effective meal plan/options would have enticed us to eat at the hotel more frequently.
