Most of the staff was great! Hotel & room were wonderful. Centrally located to everything! Would definitely stay again.

On our second evening, went to the game & grill room. The blond haired lady on shift watched me put $20 in token machine to get 37 tokens to share with our friends who were traveling with us. She then told us they were closing. When I asked for my money back, I was told she would have to pay me out of her pocket as she did not have a key. Then she proceeded to turn off the lights while two little girls were bowling. Said she had to get to her babysitter. This was very unprofessional & told me to come back next day...the day we were checking out. This happen Oct 15. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Told us to come back next morning. Sign said they opened at 7:00...not! Everyone else were very friendly & accommodating. Small mixup at checking but was rectified & they apologized.

The room was spacious. The hotel arranged Easter sweets as a welcome gift. The swimming pool was good. The jacuzzi was very good. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Melanie made sure our stay was special and memorable. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was massive and comfortable. The TV had channels so after a long outing it was nice to come back and relax with a movie and a wine. The hotel gave coupons which can be used at the restaurant next door. It is definitely a worth place to stay. The location was very convenient in a way it's just off the highway. There was no noise and it was one of the peaceful stays we had even though it was fully packed and Easter holiday with lots of kids.

The lady at the front desk with red hair and the only staff without a name tag was racist and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I would have made a video and uploaded to the internet the way she spoke to us in a rude way. Definitely fire her or a most likely law suit will be initiated by someone. Thankfully Melanie stepped in and handle the situation better.

The staff and the property overall are just awesome, I’ve stayed at St.Regis, the trump in Toronto and many higher end hotels in Montreal but nothing competes when the staff are just so kind and friendly it’s a cool property that I think my family and I will stay at every summer as a little weekend getaway. They pool and hot tub is awesome and the arcade is perfect for kids it’s one of the only affordable family getaway’s and it’s close to everything!

The staff, particularly Melanie, were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the pool was great and the hotel is in a very convenient location.

There was no cable TV or WiFi in our room, but Melanie was extremely helpful and tried to resolve the issue. When it couldn't be fixed, she moved us to a different room.

I was given a Queen bed room instead of a King bed room. I thought I booked a Queen bed room by mistake. Before checkout I reviewed the booking info and realized I was given a Queen room by mistake. The staff were understanding and compensated me for the mistake. The pool was great the breakfast was good and in general I enjoyed the stay. All the staff co-operative.

Getting the right room in the first place.

Breakfast was quite good. There was a variety of options, and the coffee was actually good. Staff were pleasant and very personable.

The bathroom was in need of some attention - tub finish was worn, there were gouges on the leg of the vanity where the towel bat was pushed into place and the towel bar below the sink looked like a galvanized metal (the fixtures in the bathroom were chrome).

The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating! I like that breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the arcade.

Not much to complain about, the sauna in the woman’s change room didn’t work and the workout room only consisted of out outdated machines that barely worked

The two ladies that at the front desk were nice on the phone and even nicer in person. When I arrived I needed to use the bathroom. She quickly exported me to the wash room. The other lady helped us Change our room to one with a balcony. Both my girlfriend and I immediately commented on how nice and friendly they were while walk to our room. Two really great human beings.

The pool and hot tub area was large and open. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The arcade, bowling and bumper cars were a highlight that set this property apart from other properties. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating.
