Really large room, including a huge bathroom. Nice skyline view. Comfortable bed. Easy and free underground parking. Even the elevators were fast. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially for the price.

Very minor things: Not much within walking distance, and for such a large room it had a surprisingly small TV that was a little hard to see from the couch. I also got an 8AM wake up call on the last day that I hadn’t requested.

The staff was very friendly and quick, lots of parking, easy location to reach, rooms were clean, and the waiter at breakfast was so good and helped us get our meal quickly when we were late getting started on our day's events. I liked that they had recharging cords in the snack area-smart idea.

The 2 Elevators were very slow and therefore used them only twice for the 3 nights we were there. It was such a long wait for one to arrive and one night there was only one in service. Good thing we were only on the 4th floor. The housekeeping service was ONLY on Mondays and Fridays. Had to ask the front desk for more towels

room was very clean and parking was free underground that’s one good thing about it. reserve for 2 night , but want to extend my stay price went up so we had to change hotel right next door was very friend nice to deal manger on duty.so I ended up staying for 2 extra nights with free parking and breakfast included. thanks to Hampton Inn by Hilton.

I felt like the hotel restaurant was overpriced for a family budget. We still went but very expensive. The rooms are only cleaned Fridays and Mondays so we ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. We had to ask twice before we received them.

We didn’t like or agree with the discrimination against others. Not honouring medical, mask exemption. We also didn’t appreciate the lies that I was personally told from the front desk, claiming you didn’t have any rooms available when in fact you did. (Because I booked online ‘after’ I was told you didn’t have any rooms available) also allowing Trudeau to manipulate YOUR business AND reputation. Do you LIKE to be controlled by your government? Do you enjoy discriminating against others? Don’t you agree we should ALL have freedom of choice? Or does that only go one way? Thank you! Mitch.

This hotel was booked for it's close proximity to a friends house but was also close to downtown (10" by car) . Service and quality of food in 'The Bistro' was beyond our first impression.

Apart from the fact that some updating in process ( needed) it was an excellent stay.

Room was really amazing. It was so large since it contained four persons (including a kid). The swimming pool was really good. The staff were super helpful and I can claim it was one of the most amazing hotels that I stayed in.

Nothing almost

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to so many things by car. Two minutes from the Via Rail, 10 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to Gatineau Quebec, St Laurent shopping mall is about a 10 minute walk away. The pool at the hotel was fantastic it closed for 15 minutes every hour while all chairs, tables, pool handles etc were sanitized. The views from up there ( on the 15th floor) were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful if you needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a music festival which we were not told about prior to our arrival right next door to the hotel. The noise from it vibrated our room as you can imagine how loud it was. Then we had very rowdy drunk neighbours next to our room which we assume were from the festival as the hotel was totally full with a lot of party goers for the festival. However security did come up and settle things down very promptly.

it was clean, modern, very spacious, free underground parking, $15 cab from downtown but right off the freeway, very comfy beds great fitness center and pool on the penthouse floor- great views

my only critique would be to add some keurig or nespresso machines in the rooms and this hotel would be hella classy that being said it is Starbucks downstairs

The location is nice. The room are so spacious and clean. The parking is free and easily accessible. Such a nice place.

The washroom is all white and I personally like darkness colors. Someone will like it otherwise.
