Super clean! Spacious room, located just beside the office, great for our family with two young kids!

I found the beds to be a little hard, but still quite comfortable. A bit smaller than a usual motel queen sized, I don’t think my husband and I would both fit on one bed. Not really an issue yet as our kids are very young, but might be a bit trickier next year. Haha

We did not have breakfast included .was not offered.

The system of invoicing should be better. Working with businesses we need a detailed invoice not conmen sense. The owner was very impolite and show of. When asked for detailed invoice to prove that I payed for the hotel with master card he called "what is this stupid thing"

Breakfast was unavailable when we checked out at 11:00 am Room was great! Unexpectedly terrific! I was allowed to stay a second night even though all the staff had the night off (holiday weekend). Thank you very much for that. I was able to drop my husband off and then return to the room for most of the day.

Everything was terrific!

Clean, tidy, tasteful, well appointed, roomy, comfortable and quiet. The 26" TV was set properly for aspect ratio so everyone on the screen looked normal as opposed to "fat" and distorted due to making the screen size "full" or "zoom". This is the only motel I've stayed at where the management cared enough to set the ratio properly.

The only thing for improvement was that the room lacked USB ports either via extension cords or plug in to the wall receptacle. They are inexpensive and make charging/using cell phones and laptops so much easier.

My grandson says they have the best beds , better than any he has slept in at other hotels😀 amazing staff. The restaurants food was awesome.😋 Would definitely stay here again . 👍 My son says the lady who was looking after the place ,motel and restaurant was super pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable of the area😀

Nothing to dislike here .

The location was convenient, not far off Hwy 400, but in town. Amenities were close and a nice walk to the centre of Parry Sound. Rooms were very clean and up to date. It was very quiet and good value.

Everything was good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when I needed some extra assistance. The rooms are also spotless, and the price is fair for the location and room quality. Would definitely come back again!

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant so close with great food.

The air conditioner was very loud and we couldn’t leave it on at night. Opened the window, but train whistles were then pretty loud. Next time I’d bring a fan:))

Not much around the location in terms of sightseeing but we weren't there for that purpose.

Very friendly staff. Clean simple comfort. The attached restaurant has Great home cooked food taste with huge portions, great service and great location.
