The location for this hotel is amazing because you are in the heart of the downtown area. We found the hotel staff courteous and helpful. It is absolutely spotless. This is our second time here and will return when in Sarnia. It is the best Sarnia has. We have tried all the other ones.

The hotel is beautiful, but not what you would expect for the price. This is an old building that was remodelled and the rooms are quite small. The beds are not super comfy. Also, the HVAC system is old, and it continuously blows on you all night and is loud. There is a fabulous restaurant downstairs, but no choice for breakfast. Only a small selection on a tiny buffet.

Overall this hotel is amazing. Great staff who make you feel welcome. A nice lobby bar- made an exceptional Manhattan. Nice toiletries in the room and very clean. There was also a Nespresso machine and kettle for tea with everything you need to have a nice cup in the morning. The Location is very convenient being directly downtown. Nice restaurant located downstairs as well.

We were on the back of the hotel on the first floor overlooking the parking lot. Right below are some type of vents for the building which were a bit loud when we opened the window for some fresh air. Also we had (teenage) girls in the room beside us who were a bit rowdy and we could hear them through the connector doors quite clearly. Otherwise - a fab experience and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location to lakefront, bridge to USA, breweries and restaurants. Lots of walking trails and water sports, golf, not to mention a beautiful beach 5 minutes away!

It is a pet friendly hotel but it was pretty quiet.

the salt water swimming pool and the hot sauna - a very relaxing experience

2 pm on a Friday afternoon neither of the 2 dining or drinks options (i.e. Legacy restaurant and the Tudor lounge) were available which for a 4 star hotel is not acceptable. Both continued to be unavailable until 5pm when the restaurant opened. Downgrade to fewer stars or keep the lounge and /or the restaurant open throughout the day.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Parking is free.

The buffet breakfast was $18 a person and sadly I would say the food was not that good. The pancakes were hard around the outsides and the scrambled eggs with cheese was kinda rubbery.

A very modern and high-end hotel that is spotless. The staff is very friendly. Located in the heart of downtown, you are walking distance from many restaurants and small shops. Excellent value for your money!! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast there.

The rooms are on the smaller side and could not accommodate large suitcases.

1. There is no ramp, very hard to get the luggage in and out. 2. No vegan options (almond or soy milk, vegan breakfast items, etc.). Very limited options for vegans

The staff was amazing! Anything we needed, they were alway happy to help. Allowed us to check in early, and room was nice. It was steps away from the river, a restaurant with great food (bad dog), and also steps away from a cool little museum (stones and bones). I would definitely stay again!

The design, the service is amazing, tv service was good

The insolation for the rooms is not god, we could hear everything outside from the room, also the AC made a odd sound during was turn on, and I dont know but the digital clock was setted up at 6:00 and we couldn remove the coniguration.

I don’t where to start. It was excellent . From the time you step in they made you feel welcome. Till you you check out . It was unbelievable. The rooms are unbelievable. Very clean . The shower .
