Our stay was very comfortable. Mukul at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly. We were put into a newly renovated upgrade on the fifth floor, which was modern and clean. My husband enjoyed the pool and the whirlpool as well. There is plenty of parking available too

Our room was nice and quiet until a group of young men, whom I assumed were from a hockey team, were running from one room to another, letting the doors bang shut and yelling to each other down the hall. It got quieter after 11:00 pm so I didn’t end up calling the front desk. But I will next time.

The location was great. Easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size. I loved the walk in shower but bathroom door didn’t lock. The restaurant on main floor was good.

The pool area wasn’t well ventilated. When we walked in you could really smell the chlorine and was hurting the eyes. We had to leave early because my youngest was having a hard time to breathe. Also our upstairs neighbour decided was good ideal to let you kids run across the room for a few hours in the early hours of the morning. We called to complain about it and not sure if they got told but it didn’t stop. No respect for quit hours.

The room was very comfortable. Both the room and the place overall were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous and professional. It is not my first time at Novotel, I love the location and the fact that breakfast is included. Joby was our server Saturday and Sunday, and I have one word to describe his service: Outstanding! He was so courteous, attentive, always with a smile, and flexible with our requests. And we were happy to see that there were some renovations going on, meaning that the hotel will probably have a great makeover.

Even though I made a reservation almost a month ago, I still got a room with a bathroom with accommodation for disability. I was told there were no more rooms available. The pillows were not very comfy, and the had to ask for soap, shampoo, conditioner refills (we were 2 people, and got only one item of each). Breakfast was good, but I'm more a buffet person, so the a la carte menu was ok. Sayim, the person who served us breakfast on Monday was in a rush, completely out of patience, he seemed to be forced to smile, almost took the menus away from us when we ordered. We just wanted to finish breakfast that day and just go.

The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the lighting and the various seating options available in the room. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker which made things even better.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. My kids and I had a great time during our stay and we will definitely go back there again. The hotel ambience was great. I wish we stayed there a lot enjoying that but we were out a lot.

Pretty much everything. Staff were great especially the dining & bar staff.

The tubs were a little high for someone who is short & problems with a knee. Cleaning staff did not come on the first day - I didn't have a door sign. Was given one the next day, but somehow the sign got turned around so no one came the second day. They are not very sturdy - can be knocked very easily.

Excellent location! Across from a HUGE mall with a seemingly never ending array of restaurants of every cuisine you could want and tons of great stores. Also a theme park nearby that looked fun. Great little gym, super clean, comfy beds and modern updated rooms. Such friendly staff and parking on site. Nice looking pool and hot tub too and it looked great for events. A great hotel if you're on a business trip nearby.

The staff are all very miserable and unhelpful, especially in the restaurant. Specifically an older man with a moustache, went down for breakfast, waited for a bit, he yelled at us to come in from the podium where it says wait to be seated, tells us to sit at this dirty table and when we do he yells at us that it has to be cleaned and not to sit?? It was confusing to say the least and very unpleasant. We just left after that interaction and went to Starbucks.

Staff was very informative and accommodating. Facilities were clean. In a very convenient area. Upgraded very much since the last time I was here when it first opened many years ago. Comforting with lots of security around (but possibly due to events that were happening at the hotel during my stay, and busyness did not impede stay. It was still roomy to get around and coordinated.

Elevators did not seem up to date with rest of building.

Location! Close proximity to Wonderland. We travelled to Vaughan the night before so we didn’t have to spend hours in traffic before going to the park for the day. It was worth it!

The carpets were falling apart, bumpy and felt gross even in socked feet. That said, another family we were with was in a renovated room and everything was new, so it looks like this problem is being remedied.

I loved everything about this property! It is beautiful, nice and quiet, completely stocked with all that I could need, and very comfortable! Tyler is awesome, answers any questions immediately!

I do not have a single negative thing to say about this property. I’ve thought…if I had one little complaint what would it be but there really is nothing! I can’t wait to stay there again!
