The price and simplicity of it all was a bonus. No breakfast other than coffee and tea with cookies but breakfast wasn't offered when I booked. This place was cleaner, friendlier and up to date than another chain I stayed in on the start of my trip in North Bay and cost 40% more!!! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I guess I could stretch it by saying I had to wait 10 minutes at check in as the staff was doing laundry and didn't hear the bell....and I had to stretch that as it wasn't a problem for me.

Room size was great because we had a cat and it was important. The location was great for someone who travels from Montreal to Winnipeg (it's exactly in the middle)

We paid 10 dollars for our cat which is fair,but i think they have to tell the customer on the site.we received an e-mail which mentioned we don't have to pay extra money for pet, but in the hotel they did not give us the key without paying for our cat(which i said the price is fair)

Location was very convenient

The little tiny coffee counter in the lobby was a bit silly. Most of the time the coffee pot was empty and there was never any staff around. I would think a hotel as modern and nice as this one could have had a breakfast room. And there was no staff at or near the lobby and the bell service was not answered in a reasonable length of time. TV instructions were just awful and there was no staff to help out.

The location and rooms were very good. It was near the OPP station and a gas station which was excellent for our needs and safety. The remodel is done tastefully and the staff was very good. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. The beds were also very comfortable.

The exit door continually slammed shut near room 109. It could have been a soft close and tweaked so it didn't make so much noise when guests were leaving. I couldn't find a remote for the air conditioner though and there was tape covering the flap for the controls. The value for the dollar was excellent. I have stayed in many places in Wawa as I continually travel back and forth, and I will be staying here again.

The staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating in changing my reservation date as I booked the wrong night!

The only issue was the lack of internet in our room. Although we could get internet in the lobby and it is a powerful STARLINK system, we could not get it in our room. That meant we had to either sit at the front desk or use data, which was very disappointing. I would suggest that this could be easily fixed by moving the STARLINK receiver to cover the whole motel!

The rooms are newly renovated with new furniture and new, very comfortable beds. I was there for business and had to use the free wifi to send data and it was super fast. Only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because no restaurant but not a big deal. It’s a few km out of town but it was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

No restaurant but there is a grocery store in town you could take to your room where there is a fridge and microwave

It was midnight and I needed to crash. Room rate was typical, amenities exceeded my expectations, the girl at the desk was very friendly. The fridge and wifi worked. The shower was great, bed was comfy, coffee was free and there were cookies. That's everything that I needed. 6 hours of good sleep and back on the road

Great place to stay. Very nice rooms and quiet. It's the best motel in Wawa. I really recommend it!!

Maybe only one thing could help to improve, and that is to install an anti slip pad in the bathtub. Otherwise, everything was excellent!!

Love the convenience of being on hwy 17. Service was really accomodating & friendly. Coffee, tea and cookies in front lobby were fresh and tasty. Room was nice size as we're travelling with a dog. Water for showers "hot" which was nice. Very convenient.

The door to our bathroom wouldn't stay closed. The lock latch was stuck/jammed inside itself , and the door would swing open. Otherwise all great

It was very clean and had some snacks at the reception desk, which was amazing for those who arrive and leave saving time and making our experience excellent.

On the app, it was said that the child would be free, tricky and confusing since it seemed it was not.
