Room was very nice. I liked that it had a separate door for the bathroom for the living room and bedroom. The vanity area was super nice. The staff provided me with toiletries that I forgot.

The plug in the bathroom was unscrewed but I was eventually able to fix the next day after my bath. There was no extra bedding provided for the sofa bed. We had to go to the front desk to get an extra blanket because we didn't know how to call the front desk (no number on the phone).

It was very clean

The front desk staff at night was completely ignorant and rude. I booked this hotel and asked for a bit since it was an option in the booking. When we arrived after our concert I approached the front desk and asked for our cot and her response was “ya we don’t have cots so I can’t give you one” Ummm ok?! Well I would have booked another hotel that accommodated everything I needed if I knew that. So I asked for bedding for pull out couch. She was annoyed that she had to walk 5 feet to a room and threw a blanket at me. No Pillows. No sheets. Just one thin blanket.

For my one next day which is Friday the 13th September it was gorgeous the clerk was very generous to me beautiful welcoming me into the hotel she did a job she helped me out it was awesome I would recommend anyone to stay there and I'm from the Bahamas and I know what good hotel is and this one is a good one thanks again I will be back 🍻✌️

Staff was most accommodating and very pleasant. The room was very spacious and gave us lots of room to sit and sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

The Bedroom TV (Insignia) was unplugged when we arrived. Once plugged in, only one channel was available as the remote control could not operate this TV. Not sure, but perhaps the batteries in the remote should have been replaced.

Everything! The staff in particular were able to answer all my questions and offered little things we needed like utensils and shaving razors, extra toilet paper and clean towels when my stay was extended beyond the original dates.

I wish there were an ATM machine and/or something that breaks up bills into coins, since the laundry facilities were coin operated.

I am having a great stay here, even extended my stay..staff,friendly and helpful..I love the room,like a mini apt. The only problem,was card keys,not functioning well..even heard this from other people staying here,,but all in all very surprised at the quality of this hotel!

The room was spacious, well-lit, and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire suite. Lots of parking. The hotel is also located conveniently close to the highway but far enough away to avoid all of the related noise. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

The toilets are very low...I am still surprised that all hotels haven't yet invested in comfort-height toilets. The TVs could also use an upgrade; the picture quality on both of them was terrible.

lovely selection for breakfast---loved the shower shampoo conditioner and lotion containers--very environmentally friendly--much clear and less waste. The pillows were soft and fluffy--gave a beautiful sleep Front desk staff very polite courteous and helpful with issues of the no signal on the TV the morning we were checking out

The price is decent and the room is large. It was nice they had concessions at the front desk. We liked the courtyard area in the back. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable.

A/C was a portable unit, which was a bit noisy. Also, it's not a great location for travelers without a car - there's nothing much nearby.

This hotel provides good value for the cost. The breakfast was a fantastic deal - lots of choices both hot and cold! The staff was very friendly too.

Be aware that some parts of the room are older and we did find the ventilation system was quite noisy at times - the fan was turning on and off periodically, which made quite a bit of noise. Also, many of the television stations appeared "snowy" (poor cable reception?) but a few stations were not bad. - (There was no YouTube option available) ~ We asked about the picture quality at the front desk and they just suggested trying different stations to get a clearer picture. (Not sure what was the cause - the tv appeared to be new but the signal seemed weak perhaps??) Anyhow this was not a big problem.
