The property was well maintained with groupings of outdoor chairs. Very welcoming atmosphere. Interior was spotless and I liked the “no outdoor shoes” rule. Everyone was asked to remove their shoes by the door just like in your own home! Kept the floors clean. Our room was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed. The hosts were very helpful. They reviewed with us a map of the island and sites we should visit. Following their advice, we discovered beautiful areas and wonderful restaurants.

The hot tub was not operational when we were there…disappointing but wasn’t a showstopper at all.

Karl and Tanya are superlative hosts - friendly, helpful and so accommodating. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Excellent price! The service was the best and on time. Our TV was not working properly the first night and Karl fixed it immediately. Their breakfasts matched anything you will find at a high-class restaurant. In our short stay there, we had some great conversations with them and other guests. The B and B's location is excellent for exploring the eastern part of the island. The B and B is surrounded by forest and a small lake.

Beautiful, creative, hospitable, and romantic. The hosts greatly exceeded expectations with well appointed rooms, incredible location and amenities, and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this place for a retreat with fun offerings on site for no extra cost (paddle boating, hot tub, etc.). Everything was very clean, and breakfast was amazing. The hosts were very kind and helpful, too. Our only regret is not staying 2 nights! If you're mulling things over just book this place. You won't regret it!

The breakfasts were exceptional and varied. The hosts were warm, friendly, and offered great local recommendations. Karl and Tanya made reservations for us at a wonderful seaside restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal and gorgeous sunset - fabulous memorable evening!

It is a bit remote, but we enjoyed exploring the island.

We loved the location! It is beautiful there. We were able to take the canoe out on their little lake. That was lovely. We appreciated being able to use their laundry facility there too. The breakfast was delicious! We were obviously enjoying ourselves because we slept in and Tanya had to call us for breakfast!😂 We would definitely stay there again. We wished we had longer.

It would have been great to have some sort of shampoo and conditioner there. Also, I would add a full length mirror.

All the breakfast that have been served on my 3 nights and 4 days stays were delicious, the quiche is to day for. I highly recommend it to any would be guests of the place. Tanja and Karl were friendly and took time to talk to their guests. Thank you so much Tanja for taking the time to go with me to The Home Plate so I did have the chance to try the best fish and chips in PEI or the whole Canada.

The location was private and quiet. Lovely lake to paddle on. Very nice hosts who were really kind and helpful. Beautiful house and very nice property overall.

The room was too warm because there was no a/c. The ceiling fan couldn’t be used at a higher speed because it was unbalanced, so it wobbled hard enough that the blades would have hit the bed posts. The view of the tv was blocked by the footboard of the bed

Breakfast was amazing, and when I say it I mean it, I'm not using this word lightly here! (when you're there and you got to choose your breakfast and there's option for a quiche - take the quiche!! - seriously, I don't even like quiche but you won't regret this one). Host were so nice and entire place just magical - it had exactly the vibe I was going for when I was looking for holidays at PEI. Murray Harbour area is the place to go on PEI if you're looking for authentic experience and not the touristy stuff.

I didn't like mosquitos (around the island, not in the house, as the house had mosquito nets everywhere) but hosts were sharing repellent with quests so once I realised I have to use it for days as well as evenings I was good - just don't make my mistake

Great location for us. Quiet. Set back in the forest. Close to several nice beaches. Amazing hosts with great recommendations for dinner/activities. Breakfast was delicious and lots of food. Rooms were very clean, fully equipped and bed was comfortable,

The room was a bit warm when we got there due to the humidity however the evening cooled off with a nice breeze and they have a ceiling fan.

The whole thing felt like an epizode of Hercule Poirot. Breakfasts were really amazing and funny, everyone sits together at delicious breakfast and chat. You can rent boat for free. Really quiet and far away place.

For example the paddle boat was not for use because it was very dirty and full of water but thats ok. A LOT OF mosquitos, just be aware.
