This hotel was such a delight to stay in! My kids (14 and 9) loved the swinging egg chairs in the lobby, the pool, and the hot tub (not too hot). The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. Our floor was also really quiet. Best of all was the location and parking. We took the River Shuttle in and out of Old Montreal, which was fun and a great way to commute! I also appreciated the noon checkout so we had time to hit the pool again before leaving. This hotel is a GREAT value for the price. We will definitely stay again!

The hotel restaurant was delicious and the service was great, but the menu was expensive and too fancy for my kids. They did have a children's menu for breakfast but not for dinner. Thankfully there are several family-friendly restaurants close by.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been a good experience. It's location is close to where we visit which is it's greatest feature that I use. Bed's are great, room is clean, bathrooms are wonderful, restaurant is great but could be better if it had a buffet for breakfast.

Hotel reception made a big deal out of others in our party not being listed on the reservation. The fellow travel arrived earlier than I did at the hotel ( me being the one who made the reservation) and delayed in checking in even though he had the correct confirmation number and pin. It was unnecessary.

The cleanliness, decor, comfort of the room was great and the front staff was very nice. There was ample free parking and several restaurants and bars. Montréal is a short drive away.

Unfortunately, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon the day before a national holiday. All the bars and eating areas were closed. We did find a very good Italian restaurant pretty close to the property.

I liked the sheets and pillows. The shower itself and the soaps were pleasant. The room was clean. The hotel was very nice. Staff was Excellent.

The beds were very hard. They made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Stayed 2 nights. By the 2nd night my back was stiff0. Husband said the same thing. My 8 year old son though0t the beds were hard to.

Our stay was great, very comfortable.

Was a bit different having the shower in the open in the room. Thankfully, it was just my spouse and I this time without the kiddos 😳 lol. Also, a little note or something in the room and/or hallways to indicate where ice, laundry, pool, etc, were located would be helpful. (I didn't notice the markings in the elevator until after asking 🤦‍♀️)

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are large and quiet. Ate a few times at the restaurant, good food and friendly staff. Breakfast also good but pricey.

Reception is understaffed and every time I had to go there I had to wait forever as there is only one person. Receptionist handles guests and incoming phone calls at the same time.

Beautiful modern facility. Lobby is welcoming, clean, and front desk staff seem well trained for hospitality, all around a very professional feeling operation.

Bed was too firm for me. This was the 8th bed I slept in over the course of a 14 day trip, and by far the hardest. I'd go so far as to say it was comparable to the foam tile mats on my gym floor! Great linens though! Although the facility is beautiful, we found it slightly overpriced for the area, quite removed from everything. Problaby better suited for people looking to take in the whole spa experience offered on site.

The front staff is exceptional, no other words capture the professional and courteous way we were treated. Our waitress for my birthday dinner at the hotel restaurant made some great recommendations and the meal was amazing. Had a great time, loved the facilities.

Those pillows are weird, sorry. Some kind of synthetic duvet that squishes down to nothing under your head. Might be personal preference.

Every thing is perfect, except one thing, when I see booking online, there was breakfast included but in the morning I sent my children, they coming back without anything, it is nothing for me but every time my children .

The only small issue was that the rug in room 415 had a crease and was pealing up from the floor.
