I liked that it was close to the highway. The rooms were nice and big and recently renovated, so they were very nice, including the washrooms. The AC/fan unit also worked great. The room had microwave AND refrigerator, so that was good.

There weren't any closets for hanging clothing, or a chair for the table in the room. I spoke to one of the staff later, and they said those were on back-order, so the intent is there to provide them. Other things not provided include a hair dryer, nor a coffee making machine, if you were expecting that. The location is good when you are coming off the highway to the hotel, but if you want to go anywhere (like for food, or to return to the highway), you need to do a U turn down the road.

The hotel was newly renovated, so was very clean and neat. The man at the desk was very kind and helpful.. The beds were comfortable enough. We didn’t notice any noise. It was just off the highway so was easy to find and get back on the highway. It was very good for the few hours we stayed.

The room had a balcony however there was no lock or any way to lock it and the balcony next door was only a foot or two apart so we didn’t feel that was secure. And you didn’t need a card to enter in any doors. I would have preferred it be a more secure building.

I was a bit worried when I booked it since there’s not a lot of pictures, but I kept due to previous reviews I had read. For my surprise, the rooms were new and very clean! The beds were comfortable, the place was quiet and the staff was friendly, there is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room as well. There’s a gas station right beside it, Mac Donald and other restaurants around the area. Would definitely recommend.

It is a brand new building, my husband and son saw them bringing a bed into the building! It is very clean, our room had no carpet and a beautiful walk in shower. Beds were comfy and blankets were warm. Heating and cooling was quiet and efficient.

It is clearly still receiving finishing touches…there was no artwork, our room had no closet to hang clothes, nor an iron or ironing board. I feel like these things will be taken care of with time.

Nice & clean renovated rooms with comfortable beds. Looks like the place is still in process of renovations.

2nd floor needs directions to room numbers. Layout was awkward when stepping out of the elevator. Our room Fridge didn’t work, door didn’t properly close (had to throw out our fruit). Keurig Coffee pod didn’t work (water didn’t come out). Balcony door needs a doorknob lock, only chain was available to keep the door “locked”.

There was no breakfast. the Facilities were excellent but....read the next question!

I arrived at the destination to find that the hotel has been sold and re named, no longer associated with the econolodge branding. subsequently, I had to call from the parking lot to confirm my reservation and as I have been driving for over 6 hours, and needed to rest I had considerable moments of panic, especially when the concierge could not identify my reservation. Luckily, it all worked out although I lost about 2 years of my life and 2 hours of sleep that night.

The staff were, pleasant. It was a no frills experience, but the value for my dollar was there.

The hotel is going through some updates and wires for security cameras were hanging from the ceiling. The cleaning staff left a vacuum sitting in the hallway for more than 24 hours rather than putting it away.

The hotel has been fully renovated and everything looks brand new. Value for money was it’s strongest point it was perfect to spend one night on our trip as it’s close to the highway. There is a restaurant next door and some fast food chain in frontthere is a lift but

Some services are not still working like the lift or the water dispenser in the lobby

The hotel was under renovation so it didn’t look welcoming but our room and the hallway we were in were in good shape. The location is great for those driving through and need a convenient stop over. It is next door to a family restaurant that is opened 24 hours and a gas station.

We couldn’t adjust the air conditioner and so it was a bit cool

It was very clean and comfortable. Even bathroom is very clean. It is good location to access where I wanted to go in Quebec city. Close to some restaurants.

The TV didn’t work somehow. We asked a staff to check though, no one showed up. It was not a big deal though, kids were a bit dissatisfied. (They wanted to watch cartoons).
