Room had everything you needed for a one week stay, minus a full length mirror. Good location: The hotel is close the metro station and the airport bus. We took the airport bus at 4am on a Sunday and arrived back at the hotel at 2am on Tuesday and had no issues getting to the bus stop/hotel in the night. There were still people out and about at both times as well.

We only tried it on one day but the breakfast is okay but not the best. Bagels were not fresh, eggs were cold and in general there was not many options available. For the price of the hotel I think it’s okay though because the room and location makes up for this flaw.

We asked for non-smoking. It was super clean throughout all spaces. We loved the breakfast offered in the hotel dining. I was thankful that good protein-eggs, meat, and cheeses were offered daily in addition to traditional French fresh baked rolls and muffins. Plus all the numerous breakfast fare. Good Coffee, cream, and a variety of juices. We were able to walk to all of the sites we hoped to see.

A first for us traveling a long life-was asking for a $250. Deposit. Then not receiving a bill/receipt at check out showing its return and our total charges. We were able to check our bank statement over the next few weeks and see we were only charged as expected.

This hotel is in an excellent location, steps from métro Berri-UQAM. It's also a short taxi ride to and from Gare Centrale. It has good shops nearby for food & pharmacy. I found the room amenities more than adequate - toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop, dishes, cooking equipment, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and climate control worked very well. The breakfast was pretty good, and is included. We will definitely stay here again.

The dishes weren't very clean & so I washed them all before using. The tea towel for drying the dishes was not very absorbent, but these are minor inconveniences.

The hotel was close to Barri-QUAM Metro station. And close to Sainte Catherine's shopping district. And walking distance to Vieux Montreal which is a very interesting experience. And the hotel has good French breakfast and I love the Christmas tree with red lights in Room #1. I will stay at the hotel when I visit Montreal again.

The toilet in room 810 has flapper issue. Twice during my stay I had to lift the toilet lid and press down the flapper. And the washing machine closest to the window on first floor did not spin. And the unhoused people on Sainte Catherine made me feel uncomfortable.

Excellent location a couple of minutes from Berri-UQAM metro station and restaurants on St. Denis. Good breakfast (tea/coffee/juice/milk, cereal/oatmeal, yogurt, toast/croissants/bagels/muffins, eggs, peach slices). Clean, quiet room with kitchen facilities, including a fridge to store my smoked meat!

The late 4pm check in time, though they did store my luggage for free until then. The strange 1 ply toilet paper.

My suite was very comfortable with everything I needed for my stay: a comfy bed, comfy chairs, refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is close to a supermarket and close to the accessible bus route from the airport. For those with mobility issues note that the hotel has two lifts, automatic doors at the entry, and although the shower was over the bath it wasn't too difficult to get into.

Local metro station not accessible. Note that although Montreal has good accessible buses it's not well set up for those in wheelchairs or using mobility scooters, with uneven pavements, rough kerb ramps, and no ramps wherever there are footpath diversions.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, but in different rooms. The room on the 8th floor was better and more spacious, but the hotel offers everything that is needed for a good stay. A small kitchen was very helpful after a long flight. The parking is scary to go down, but at least there is one. Big thanks to the front desk guy who suggested another parking lot when the hotel's was fully booked. The breakfast was also good0 The food was enough and tasty, although not that much varied. Thank you fort his experience!

The deposit of 250 CAD is too much and because we had 2 reservations, half of our budget got blocked, which was frustrating. I would suggest minimizing it a little

We had a very basic but spacious hotel room and it served us well for our 4 nights in Montreal. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning. Having a kitchen is always useful, especially when you have been on the road and dining out for weeks. The free continental breakfast was a real bonus and had plenty of variety. The breakfast room is huge so you did not need to be up early to get a table. The hotel location is around the corner from a metro station with 3 metro lines, which is very convenient. Other reviews mentioned the area being dodgy but we didn't see any crime or drugs in the 4 days we were there.

The room was called Queen Studio but the bed was a double, it pays to read listings closely. After about 30 seconds the shower made an awful whining noise. The picture quality on the tv was also terrible, looked like programs from the 80s or 90s.

My sister and I spent the night at the hotel. We arrived an hour before check-in time and were able to access the room after only a few minutes. That was the finest part about it! Oh, the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant. It was clean and it gives off old-hotel vibe. The staff was quite accommodating too! The breakfast was okay.

When we arrived, the room was a little warm and we asked if we can turn on the AC… well, we cannot since according to the receptionist, it is winter time. It isn’t. It was chilly outside, but that night, the room was a little warm. It was suggested that we open the window, and we did. The outside noise was annoying.

Very happy with our stay for the F1 weekend. Yes the hotel is dated but the room was very clean with comfy beds and pillows. Hot shower with great pressure and the kitchenette was useful for storing things in the fridge and prepping lunches for the circuit. There is a supermarket (IGA) and off licence (SAQ) a short walk away. Breakfast was more than adequate and tasty with croissants, bagels, breads, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee/tea. It is right beside Berri-UQAM station so access to the metro/airport bus couldn't be better. It's also an easy 15 minute walk to Old Port/Old Montreal area. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
