We had a first floor room in the section that faced the sea. Once the fog lifted we realized we had a wonderful view of the Perce rock which we very much enjoyed. The room was fine, It was clean and well maintained but could probably stand a bit of an upgrade.

Apparently they have no restrictions on smoking on the grounds because in the room next to us a woman was constantly sitting outside smoking to such a degree that we could never enjoy sitting outside of our room and enjoy the view. Fortunately there were tables and chairs out in the grassy area where we could sit, enjoy the superb view and avoid her smoke.

The hotel has an exceptional position by the sea. With an excellent view of the Perce rock and Bonaventure island. The rooms are nice and clean, but a bit too small for a family of four. The hotel grounds are nice, with a beautiful fireplace for the evening, a good place where to stay and enjoy the view.

The staff are all nice and wonderful from the receptionist, housekeeper and the staff in the restaurant. At first reading some of the review gave me second thought in continuing our booking here. But the experience was exceptional, I didn’t have the experience of encountering rude staff and not speaking english. Communication was great and clear. The restaurant food was exceptional me and my husband fell in love with seafood platter as we ate it for dinner during both of our 2 night stay. booking a reservation was not that hard they were very accommodating. The location was great accessible to every tourist spot as we just walk and not needing to used our car to get in one place. It was a 18 hours drive for me and my family but it was worth it. My 2 children love it here . Our room was facing the seaside which is great in watching the sunrise and it was beautiful. Access directly to the beach was great.

We stayed in room 255 the only thing was the air condition keep making loud sound every now and then. It was waking us up we decided to turn off and open the window instead to get a cold air as it was a bit warm in the room. other than that everything was perfect.

Very welcoming of two very wet cyclists. We were allowed to check in much earlier than normal. They did not make a fuss over our wet panniers. Staff and manager provided information and did everything possible to make us welcome. Facility was exceptional view from room beautiful food excellent people wonderful Would go back again

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We dined in the restaurant one evening and out meal was delicious. We had a great view of the water, but it was slightly obstructed by the cars parked in front of the annex our room was in.

For our view not to be obstructed by a row of vehicles.

Excellent view and excellent staff - be it the front desk or at the restaurant, the staffs have always been for us with a beautiful smile on their face. The staff at restaurant made us feel like we have known each other for ages- such a lovely team.

Cost is very high for one night. We were told we're getting the last room and may be a bit noisy. So I asked for a discount. Then they found another room, so I didn't need a discount. Initially we were told that the place is all booked up! Yet there was another room. With the high cost, breakfast was not included.

The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious with views to the sea. There was a good coffee machine in the room including coffee and hot chocolate. The restaurant was great, we enjoyed the tasty food and the views to Percé rock.

Wifi was a bit slow. Off-season there is not much happening in Percé.

It would have been nice to have some drinking water in the rooms. The absence of drinking water is something which we have seen in other hotels as well. This is one thing which is a basic necessity and it would be nice if hotels can change this.

Location was fantastic. We loved that it was right by the waterfront and that we were given a room with sea view. Good food and the view from the restaurant was excellent, a great shot of Percé rock. Room was clean, comfy and quiet. Very friendly staff.

No complaints. Breakfast was not included.
