Wow... what an incredibly enjoyable well preserved old hotel this is. I could have spent hours enjoying the the old school craftsmanship of this beautiful building. Also the breakfast on Sunday was truly wonderful value for the high quality meals.

The only thing I wish was there was more of was the old school details in our room itself. Don't get me wrong the room was great, really clean and well decorated, but didn't have as much old school details as the rest of the hotel. But i get it, not everything can match that beautiful lobby. We will certainly be staying here again on our next visit back to Moosejaw.

The investment in time and money in the restoration of this property has resulted in a place worth visiting. That and Moose Jaw downtown that was striking in its cleanliness and overall vibrancy. With temperatures in the mid thirties (C), it was pleasantly air conditioned and not overdone. By staying at Grant Hall, you are supporting the ongoing commercial viability of this endeavour. What a win-win!

Not a dislike but the exterior and particularly the entrance is very unstated in comparison to the interior. It wasn’t an issue for us but in the winter, the lack of some sheltering structure would be missed.

Very nice room, very nice hotel, historic hotel that has been beautifully redone. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. We had supper in the lounge where it's possible to just order something light - we each ordered a salad and a side and that was plenty for us and the food was delicious and the service was excellent, plus it's a beautiful setting. I also loved that there is a lovely park right behind the hotel that is great for morning or evening walks.

The lighting in the sitting area of our room wasn't very good - it needed a lamp so we moved one of the bedside lamps and that solved the problem. Everything else was great.

The room was beautiful. You felt like you were staying at a bed and breakfast. The breakfast was amazing and so was the staff. The dining room and the lobby were very warm and inviting. I would certainly recommend the Grant Hall Hotel.

The lobby elevator was out of service when we stayed there. Having to go through the dining room to use the service elevator was inconvenient.

We liked the charm of the older facility. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was pretty small, but it was very clean. All the staff were very accommodating.

It served our purposes well. It might be nice to have a room on the top floor so we could see more of the view besides the side of the church next door. However, we didn't spend much time in the room. Breakfast was expensive despite the $5 off the total bill. My husband's Eggs Benedict wasn't very good.

This property is a restored downtown hotel. The lovely decor is not for everyone but one should keep in mind that if we do not support entrepreneurs who take on this challenge then we shall have no history left. t stayed here 2 years ago and they obviously have a new chef. The menu and food are much improved. I had a lovely dinner and enjoyable breakfast. Delicious coffee. I will stay here again on my way back from Vancouver. I had a large room with a comfy bed.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food, excellent service all around all encapsulated in a timelessly renovated landmark, historic hotel. The word grand immediately springs to mind upon entry. Rooms are a generous size, well appointed and very clean.

Such a gorgeous vintage hotel. It was like staying in a grand hotel in New York City. Room was lovely, very clean and bed was so comfortable. The dining room was beautiful and the service was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. This was our second stay at this gorgeous hotel.

While there is a Keurig in the room for coffee there was no tea available in the room and nothing to make tea with. Keurigs don’t work for tea as it always has the taste of coffee. This is a strange oversight in a hotel. The staff, however did go out of their way to try to accommodate me. Also, I would have liked some more options on the menu.

The air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the demand when we were there. Our first room was uncomfortably hot but the staff made sure that we were moved to a room that was significantly cooler! Thank you so much!
