The hotel is convenient for a 1 night stay and close to the airport. Although dated, the room was comfortable. Good value for money. Breakfast was very good and the evening meal adequate but quite expensive.

The staff speak no English. Everything was quite difficult, we were originally given a room which was already occupied, the fridge didn't work, only 1 towel, no internet code. Resolving the issues with a translation app was wearing.

Our expectations were not high - Calama is not exactly a tourist city, and we expected the hotel to be very plain and geared towards visiting workers, but it was very nice! Lots of spacious, comfortable public areas, and a comfortable, well-equipped room. Breakfast was good - eggs cooked to order - and dinner in the restaurant was fine, which meant we did not have to venture into the centre at night (although the city seems to have had a lot of money spent on it since we first visited in 2013). The location, on the edge of the city near the airport also meant meant that it was easy to find without having to navigate your way through the city - although slightly complicated on this occasion by nearby roadworks. The outdoor swimming pool looked nice, though we did not use it because of the high UV levels! The prices were very low for the quality provided. Secure parking on site.

The hotel could have provided some detailed directions while the nearby road construction is underway - but only a minor complaint.

After staying in San Pedro de Atacama, returning to Calama and staying at this hotel was a way of recovering the energies and relax with some comfort! TV in the room, air conditioning, bathtub in the bathroom, comfortable beds and a fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs! A welcoming drink, which I loved! And the bar/restaurant staff was the cherry on top of the cake. While reception staff was not that friendly and happy, bar and restaurant staff was outstanding! I was served by Marleny and unfortunately forgot the name of the other fantastic lady in the restaurant, they were 10 out of 10! Location for those who need to get a flight is excellent! And Uber to the city center were available! Excellent value for money and the necessary comfort after San Pedro de Atacama!

Reception staff, over the desk, can improve. Being Friendly and hold a smile while on a reception is what we all expect, at least that.

Located quite close to airport. Very modern, fresh large hotel with spacious internal courtyard. Felt very American. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Free bottled water. Restaurant stayed open late so we were able to grab dinner before closing. Extensive breakfast buffet included in price of room.

Staff tried to be helpful but spoke almost no English. We managed okay. Inconsiderate intoxicated guests carried on loudly by the pool till after 1 am when we called front desk to request that they quiet them down. Pool hours could have been a bit longer on both ends - looked inviting but couldn't use it.

A comfortable and quiet room with strong AC for an overnight stay before an early flight. The check in process was easy and the staff were friendly. We asked them to arrange a taxi for us for 5:30 am and they also offered to provide us with a to-go breakfast. This was much appreciated as the airport was just opening up. Our taxi arrived early, contrary to some of the other reviews about taxi booking. Most importantly, the room was clean.

The restaurant/ buffet seemed exceedingly expensive for the experience. There wasn’t a lot in the area so we opted for the buffet for dinner and paid more than we did for the room.

The hotel was nice, especially the outdoor pool, it's a shame we didn't use it.

The receptionist did not understand English at all, not even basic and simple words to solve the problem. In the end, we solved it with a translator. She also ordered us a ride to the airport, but in our opinion it was her private business, as it was not an official taxi and, in our opinion, overpriced (we are starting from the previous trip from the city center).

The room was larger then i exspected with a good size bathroom. , the bed was confortable. There was a swimming pool with loungers which i did use. The buffet style resturant was excellent with a great range of food one of the best i have encountered on my travels.

My Spanish is not good but the reception staff had no understanding of English which for an internation airport hotel in my opinion is not good .

Proximity to the airport (literally down the road 2-3 km, great if you have an early flight), facilities (the gym and pool look very nice), and onsite restaurant (which serves a nice breakfast).

As others have said, the room furniture (while functional) is dated and worn. It's perfect for a one- or two-night stay or to catch an early flight from the airport, but not to stay for a long while.

Easy way to get to the airport for my flight to Calama. The only challenge was it took about half an hour for the taxi to come in the morning - even though I requested one before my breakfast. The restaurant is good, and I appreciated the hot water and heat after spending several days in Bolivia. Coffee available in the room, and the bed was comfortable. The TV was not large but had plenty of channels, and I could enjoy before falling asleep.

I requested a taxi for the airport to arrive in 20-25 minutes and planned my breakfast accordingly. Unfortunately, I wanted another 15 minutes after my breakfast to get my taxi. The airport is small and only 7 minute away, so I arrived in time for my flight, but I did not appreciate the unnecessary stress before catching my flight. After all, I mentioned the taxi at checkin and requested promptly in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location close to the airport. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great choice of food for breakfast and also lunch and dinner.

No fridge in the room orher than the one with pay for snacks and drinks. TV channels only in Spanish but if you speak with the reception they can help to set up YouTube but it was a complicated process.
