If you get one of the 3 rooms located in the lower part of the property, you would get the best sunsets. Otherwise, be aware of the limited view you get from the other rooms located uphill. Regardless, the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Ema even drove me to town when I got a flat tire! The place is very quiet and peaceful.

Apparently, a premium room doesn't equate to a the best view rooms (#1,2 &3), so the term is misleading. I'd suggest to create a separate category of standard rooms with accurate pictures of the view (which is limited) that would include all other rooms, except 1,2 and 3. Also, it would be a good improvement to add an electric kettle and a mini fridge, so guests could enjoy sunsets with a cup of tea or a drink from their own mini terrace (specially now, during Covid times).

The staf in generall is friendly and welcomming The location with perfect sunsets, though you need to take a taxi to the downtown. Hotell offers taxi service for 5USD which is fair. Restaurant is amazing, tuna is a must!

The swimming pool on the smallest side No fridge in the room 70USD for airport transfer roundtrip for 2 adults and 2 kids does not seem to be fair.

We loved the quiet location with our little bungalow, nice terrace with a view of the sea. The garden is gorgeous with the little paths and lots of beautiful plants. The staff were so nice, food delicious but be warned very big portions. We had an outdoor (private) and indoor shower. The lounge was lovely too and we were able to walk to the sunset point very easily. Taxis are easy and affordable.

I would have liked to have a little fridge in the room but we used the one at the bar so not too bad. I think having a kettle in the room would be nice.

the staff were very friendly, helpful & caring. the location is elevated & down a lane away from the road, the environment very quiet. The views were superb, the room large, & the level of service & help excellent.

Is not a dislike - is a bit of a hike into town, around 40 minutes, but passed the maoi at Ahu Tahai. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was charged - on previous occasions with other hotels it was part of the rate.

Rooms are too warm in the afternoon since they remain closed to avoid mosquitos, but they should consider a better system to keep fresh air and avoid mosquitos, likewise using Miskitos nets

We loved the layout of the hotel with individual bungalows and the ocean views from the dining and lounge areas. The staff were very attentative and helpful including arranging for evening entertainment and taxis

Didn't have hot water in the room but that was okay because we were only there for one nigh (Room 4).

the staff is amazing! all of them made me feel special and welcome. there was an instance I forgot something in a cab and the owner had the driver back to hotel in minutes. truly exceptional service. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
