The cleaning staff did a wonderful job with upkeep. The views from my room were breathtaking. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The gym was suitable for my needs. Checking in and out took a couple minutes at most. The breakfast was really good. The location is convenient because taxis can either come right up to the entrance or park adjacent to the building conveniently. I didn't take pictures inside but I've shared the view from my window.

I wish there were halal options for the food menu. Although, they do offer both eggs and vegetarian menu items. Any floor above 36 has to be accessed from a separate elevator found on the 36th floor.

The location was so near to many things. English was not an issue - thankfully as our Chinese was pretty well non-existent. Unbelievable views and great food on 51st floor. Ended many days with a quiet drink in the bar on the 51st floor. All staff were lovely and helpful - particular thanks to Alex her served us on several nights - he makes a lovely margarita and went out of his way to please. Price was very good for the facilities and service provided.

For us the bed was a little hard - but that was a very minor comment and everyone has different preferences.

There was an important incident. I feel I must share it with you.. on my arrival I gave house keepibg some clothes to be dry cleaned..sfter one hour the housekeeper came to my room and showed me pohotos of money and my laundry .. which I left in my trousers.. Hours later, in my way out, I stopped by the reception where they gave me the money in a sealed envelope I requested to see the person who found the money so she came I offered her money away to say thank you for her honesty she refused in very humple nice manner .. as she said it was her job to do that and doesn't accept gratuities for the job she is getting paid for ... by the way, the money was found equivalent about one week of her salary That was a good lesson 👏

Loved both the buffet breakfast and dinner. You have to give it to William and his team - they want you to have a taste of every good food available (if possible). The front desk and concierge were very helpful in solving issues I needed to deal with such as transport, location of buildings where I needed to do one thing or another. Wifi was superb

Television channels. Not designed for international visitors but local. Only about 3 or 4 out of 51 may appeal to the foreign guests. I guess there is not much they can do about this.

Location is good - close to the Baihua and Nova shopping centres. The staff were helpful and polite.

We ordered a memory foam pillow. It took them over half an hour to deliver. We already called and wanted to cancel the request, but the staff just said they would expedite the delivery. At the end, we had to wait till almost 2am in the morning. This was indeed not a very good experience…

The location is excellent: 5 minutes walk from a major subway station that connects with Guangzhou, lots of restaurants and shopping malls around hotel and the subway station. Breakfast was good with many selections, Since I am not a big breakfast eater, I can only attest to the coffee, which was excellent. Staff was extremely polite and professional.

I didn’t know the room rate increased when the canton fair starts. Up front notice would be nice.

I was traveling with a friend n both of us happy with every single thing of this hotel. The staff can speak english fluently. This hotel is beautiful and room is very convenience n clean. And the best thing, we went to Lechong town n due to it was already night n hard rain, hard to get taxi. I called Ms Eva of Swissotel Foshan and she was happily order the taxi for me at her account. You rock. Of course i will be back.

Good location and the staff members were very nice.

The bed was a bit old and part of it was no longer supporting and I could feel the spring. Also, there was no hot water from the bath tub faucet, I had to get the hot water from the shower area. This was a bit disappointing as my previous stay in Swissotel was very nice.

Room was huge (got a free upgrade which was nice!) - it is a very comfortable hotel, great restaurant and cafe on site, and very close to the popular nightlife areas of Foshan like the Foshan Creative Park. Bar is open until 2am, which is later than most hotel bars in China. The breakfast is on the 50th floor so you get an amazing view of the city while you eat. Great baked goods at breakfast!

The swimming pool was crowded with children each time we went (I think it might be open to the public). Some of the staff seem undertrained. I asked a cleaner for a spoon at breakfast (in Chinese) and she just pointed in a random direction and walked away (I went to where she pointed and didn't see any spoons, in fact they ended up being right next to her when I asked...so that was a little frustrating). The cooks during breakfast also ran out of eggs and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make some bacon (I actually think they forgot the first time I asked and only started making it the second time I asked).

Location right in the middle of the city and close to the old town that has plenty of food options. We caught the bus from HK airport that drops you at a different hotel, but it is only a short walk to this hotel.
