It is quite easy to get to the hotel. It’s my first trip to Guangzhou, and I have no difficulty getting to it from the airport by metro. Great place to stay. The staff were great, helpful and courteous. The breakfast is great, it has good selection of local and international choices. The coffee is quite good. The room is spacious and clean. The location is surrounded with many eatery restaurants and convenience shops.

It is a bit far from Guangzhou city center. But still getting there and to city is easy. It’s not too far from the metro station. And metro is fast and frequent, so not much of a problem. Except, you need to avoid the rush hours.

Hotel has a simply a design with a great view of the city. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful in helping me set up my account for navigating Guangzhou. Meals in the hotel were affordable as well. There were also plenty food options along the same street and a mall is just nearby for your daily needs.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attraction. But it accounts for the peaceful neighborhood that it is situated in. The metro is near and a 10-minutes walk away.

Rooms are good and clean, they also have 3 shuttles for Canton fair

Most of the staff can't speak English, location is far from Canton fair (takes 45 ~ 60 minutes each way by shuttle) and no halal food restaurants around for muslims

The internet was a bit difficult to set up on my laptop. It was smooth after I managed to find the web address and deal with the captive portal, but it didn’t pop up during the first 15 minutes of trying. Also smelled a little smoke at some point pulled in from either the hallway or an outside vent into the AC.

The hotel provided excellent value for the price I paid. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities met all my needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service without breaking the bank

Located 10 minutes walk from train station. Shuttle bus to and from Canton fair is convenient for anyone going to the fair. Staff were always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with everything they do.

The bathroom was not drying properly which was resulting in the room smelling dump and mouldy. The rest was okay.

is good as we took a two-room unit, so is good for 3 pax with a living hall to watch tv, good for discussion too. staying together yet have our own space when needed. convenient location too

the washing machine having issue, i cant scan with my wechat and got to go get the PIC to activate the machine and pay at the reception later.

The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and a very lovely street food place just in front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a bit old but very clean. There was no fruit at breakfast, which I think would be nice to have

The room is very clean, the A/C is clean and powerful, the personnel is very well caring the hotel guests.

The free wifi is for the Chinese mobile sim holders. They connected my phone to wifi by registering some Chinese mobile number. They should find a proper way for it.
