The thing i really like was exceptional service provided by MR.DANNY from Concierge department, during my stay at Doubletree by Hilton from 10 Jan to 12 Jan. From the moment I arrived, Mr.DANNY went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail, willingness to assist, and warm demeanor made my experience truly memorable. Whether it was providing local recommendations, promptly addressing my requests, or ensuring my room was immaculate. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will definitely book again whenever i am visiting baoding.

A great hotel at a very good price. The room was very big with both shower and bathtub. The breakfast was also great with a lot of choice and change everyday in the menu.
The only downside is that the staff barely speak English, even if most of the guests are foreigners (also, I didn't get the cookies).

I like the location. It's close to Baoding East Railway Station what makes it easier to get to if you travel by high speed train, for example from Beijing. The staff is kind and service is good.
I wanted to make sure my stay by talking in advance on booking but I was only given an auto reply with a phone number mentioned to call for urgent needs. I called but looked like this number was not used by hotel staff, made me a bit confused. 15010877432 is this number.

Facilities are top notch, rooms comfy and super clean
I travelled there in low season (December) and they kept the restaurant unheated to save on utilities, I froze during dinner

Good location, close to Wanda shopping mall
Air conditioning didn’t work well, bad air quality in the room, but no window for refreshing. Actually overpriced compared to other hotels in Baoding. Bad price management: my colleague and I both booked same room from booking.com, but got different room rate when check out.
